Feriha Yilmaz is an attractive, beautiful, talented and ambitious daughter of a poor family. Her father, Riza Yilmaz, is a janitor in Etiler, an upper-class neighbourhood in Istanbul. Her mother Zehra Yilmaz is a maid. Feriha studies at a private university with full scholarship. While studying at the university, Feriha poses as a rich girl. She meets a handsome and rich young man, Emir Sarrafoglu. Feriha lies about her life and her family background and Emir falls in love with her without knowing who she really is. She falls in love with him too and becomes trapped in her own lies.

I totally agree. The only explanation is that Feriha has zero emotional support and no other friends. And she doesn’t care abt disappointing Levent so she can be herself. With Emir, she cares a lot abt how she presents to him so she isn’t open with him until its too late. She doesn’t care abt levent.

Emir and feriha are hurting each other deliberately. This is just a brutal love... It shouldn't be happening anymore coz they're torturing each other basically, there's no love here and there's marriage without intimacy coz they're sending one another their enemies. It's really sad coz they should be correcting one another by loving each other for real not by pretending

I hate Emir for pushing Feriha away after inviting other women in his life... making her go through torture of a baby daddy and then hitting her in the bargain when she protested his behavior.
