The middle section resembles “Spring”, as it has 🦋 🦋🦋🦋 type of patterns, some tender memories, something tragic happens and he is faced with major denial (climax) almost going crazy till he fades into desolation.
Only pieces are left… then goes to 3rd section of extreme sadness

Nice video - I'm playing this now (altho not having enough time to practice). One of my absolute favorite pieces of all time! Thanks for posting.
Also, I envy your view! :D

Guess no tips other than a like by the cc.(seven months and zero reply) Oh well. unsub'd to find someone else that actually appreciates their follower base.

Beautiful explanation. I was able to see how relatable Chopin is to Rachmaninoff and this is absolutely fantastic. Would you say that Rachmaninoff is the modern version of Chopin?

Hi, thank you! For sure Rachmaninoff embraced the legacy of Chopin, but I would say that he was a Master on his own.

Hi :) do you have an idea after how many years piano we can start this piece kindof ?

Hi! It really depends on how much study and focus a person puts in. For the technique probably ~5 years should be OK, for the interpretation probably a bit more. But it really depends by many parameters :)
