I think it would be helpful to show both the literal translation and the poetic translation. It is clear , for example #26, that all of the words in the example are not used in the translation. Or that is the way it appears to me, very much a beginner to learning Chinese. And an explanation for why the poetic version is different from the literal version would be helpful, also. Thank you very much for these very helpful videos.

You got most of it correct. Just add 日（ri）or 号（hao）after the date: wo de shengri shi si yue san RI/HAO yi jiu qi ling
Wo de Sheng ri shi , yi jiu qi ling nian si yue san ri/ hao

給 gěi is give
离 lí is leave
