- This is a long term ownership review of my Mahindra Thar. This Thar is a hardtop diesel manual variant. The odo meter reading is 58000kms. Have owned this Thar for just over 1.5 years. Great drive quality and built quality.

If they have the will to enhance their production quality the reliability of mahindra can be enhanced lot more

what is the max speed in highway to have the vehicle under your control..
Good Question. It is advisable to follow speeding rules which is around 80km/hr. But talking about the capability of the Thar, it is stable Upto speeds of 120-140km/hr.
What you prefer, soft top hor hard top??
I guess soft top don't have leakage issues na?
I prefer hard top.
Sir ak review dena ki family ka liya kaise rhegi kyu iska picha baitha ka co pilot wale set ko age karna padta hai toh kya old person easily baith sakta hai ya nhii easily toh shyd he baitha paye but muskil to nhi hoga ... And one thing can 3 person in back seat

City Mei 12.5kmpl and highway pe 15kmpl.
Mileage kya haa ???
Diesel wali around 13kmpl deti hai and petrol sirf 7kmpl deti hai.

@@demondeadshot6851 4x4 city Mei 13kmpl degi. If you only want to drive in the city, then you can get the RWD. RWD Mei average bhi acha milega (18kmpl). But if you want to go for off-roading, then get 4x4
4*2 lena better hoga ya nhi .
Agar budget mei fit hota hai toh 4X4 hi lelo

Kych problem aaya tha service itni bekar kya batau....or na hi boot space ...back seat me jaane me bhi dikkat ....practical gaadi nhi hai bro ....offroading me bhi tyre perform nhi krte .....jab se jimny chala raha hu aaj tak kahi bhi gaadi fasi nahi hai meri .... Jabki me bhot gandi offroading krta hu ....no doubt thar me power hai but jimny baap hai but thodi bulky or hona chahiye tha
