I happen to love your unique sense of humor ☺️☺️. I laughed when you were trying to say “intricate” because I often do things like that! Your Lovebirds will be stunning and I see human love birds at beaches all the time, so it’s perfect for your prompt. Love the Cohanas. Lastly, if you stitch Turkish Delight, I vote to use the called-for fabric!! That is part of what makes the piece so stunning. Have a great week ❤.

You are making great progress on your active WIPs. Looking forward to seeing your next finishes. I pulled out A Sister's Love which was my Sampler September piece and am going to put at least a few days stitching on it. I'd love to finish it by spring. I have to either finish a few WIPs or sew more project bags!

BEAUTIFUL FFO, Congrats on it. You must really love those scissors. Your voice got a touch quieter, almost as if you were being reverent as you unveiled them. I love how you said she gave you a presentation on them. Sounds like you had a great time. I could be enticed to join in on your birthday SAL. But I have really limited myself on starts. I would love to join in on stitching Blue Rhapsody, what a beautiful design. I checked online and sadly there doesn't seem to be a PDF version. Being in SA I can only purchase PDFs as I've ordered a pattern before and it never arrived. But will love seeing your progress when you start it . Thanks for another super flosstube, always so enjoyable to watch what you are working on. It amazes me how much you can stitch in just a few hours. Take care.

Gorgeous finishes! The retreat sounds like such a wonderful time! I am planning to start Winter Tranquility by Twin Peak Primitives soon and definitely think I will need Winter Birds as well! I know you are not looking yet, but their designs for market are beautiful - I want them all! So glad that I found your Monthly Magazine Challenge group. I always read to prompts but had never thought to cross stitch to prompts as well. It is so fun. I stitched on my 'V' project, Visit Hogsmeade, while watching.

Get tired of you Never! Winter Friends is sooo cute. The night before last I pulled out Blue Rhapsody all kitted up and I would be most happy to do this Birthday Stitch with you as my own birthday is the First Day of Spring, Mach 20th. I have the same color Cohana scissors as you. I love them for clipping thread after I have buried the thread. I use my Fat Quarter little scissors for cutting stitches when I frog.
Your finish is lovely 😍 winter friend's evokes warmth and a smile. You are making great progress on your wips! I need to take more time to get hooked up with Floss Tube it's hard being in between houses, tho at the moment. Glad u had a great one day retreat and can't wait to see more finishes!!

It's kind of fun to remember about Winter Birds, when you started it, and to see it finished. Winter friends looks great framed. It's funny you said what you did about taking the project out of the q-snap because I had just finished taking one of my projects out of the q=snap for the same reason. I like doing the Mill Hill kits, but it takes forever to separate the beads which is annoying.

Hello sweet friend! I never get tired of your face or your sense of humor so no worries, although I am sure whomever who choose to film with will be fun also. Perfect frame for Welcome Winter Friends! Absolutely lovely. Great start on your band sampler. How much fun is that to stitch?! Wonderful progress on Winter Montage. Love that you and Hearthside Sampler are in a better place. Your New Years Eve piece is progressing nicely. Good progress on the rest of your WIPs. Nice haul and wonderful plans. About time for me to get to bed since Walter didn't wake up at his usual 2-3 a.m. so will keep this short and get some sleep since he will probably have me up at 7-8. Rheumatologist appointment that was postponed by ice storm was not impressive and, of course, all my inflammatory markers came back negative so his way of thinking is that instead of psoriatic arthritis, I have just plain osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, and fibromyalgia; all of which they can do nothing further for so learn to live with all the pain. Will be talking to my family doctor further when I go back to him in March. Do have to go for x-rays as soon as I can get that scheduled of the hands, hips, feet, and shoulders which will cost me a small fortune in co-pays. Take care and happy stitching. Love to the boys. This is 2023 after all! We've been to the moon and back! Please take good care of yourself and know that someone on Oregon is sending you so much love (that's me...)!
I’m finishing up Love Birds by Autumn Lane Stitchery. I added a mother of pearl flower button to the inside of each circle by the birds head. I also added my first initial and my husband’s first initial next to each bird. I worked it on 25 ct Victorian Red Lugana by Zweigart with Anchor ecru floss 2 over 2.
