We have had injuries on the homestead and have collected a lot of products for most injuries. This video covers things we recommend that you put in a medical kit based specifically for goats of all breeds. We have broken the products down into sections. The goal isn't to buy everything at once, but slowly collect everything you need to keep your farm or homestead ready for the next time something happens.
We are a small homestead in south central Oregon living the best sustainable life as possible. We raise goats, rabbits, and heritage birds. Follow along as we divulge our secrets to surviving off-grid on solar power and growing our own food.

Glad to see your feeling better. Thanks for the information I had goats years ago and you have reminded me of things I had forgotten. God bless Shalom

Adding to your list: 60cc syringe for oral medications. Molasses (gives a boost, and helps meds go down) I use it instead of nutridrench. VITAMIN B1 pills (OTC at grocery store) is a MUST for ANY goat med kit in addition to the B complex. I mix it with water in the syringe and a bit of molasses and drench. It is for "goat polio" which can happen with goats free ranging on random weeds out there or if they get into a patch of moldy hay. It is a very goat specific condition.
