Does anyone know why the title "From Devil's corner.."? Well, let me explain you in short. Tocopilla in the indigenous language means the following: Toco=corner / Pilla(n) Devil. So, that's the reason why it is name like this. I was born in Tocopilla and I live in Tocopilla. I am an english teacher and I have the chance to explain this to the world. What Alexis has done for every tocopillan is priceless.
