Besides the seamless flowing singing the rhythm section is tighter than a duck's ass. Geezer trotting to the tight and frantic pace on drumming is quite remarkable for a live recording. Great sound from four musicians on their A game

This song, and all the original Black Sabbath songs, isn't meant to be sung with all the theatrical vocal embellishments that Dio uses - they're supposed to be dark and moody and sombre, hence the name - Black Sabbath.

British Nerd Ozzy did write his vocal melodies, while Geezer wrote the lyrics. However, in cases like this song and Iron Man, it’s unfair to really credit Ozzy with melody work.
