Had the privilege of meeting Michel Roux Jr. a few times, a wonderful individual. Dined in Le Gavroche and in Caractère, food in both establishments were spectacular. My Wife and I are from Singapore and we always make the effort to visit whenever we’re in the UK.

Love this program and loved Michel Roux. Such a down to earth person and love is tv series. Loved his ‘pop up restaurants and The boating on the Thames was amazing. Maybe next time, boating through France????

I love this, only found it as I was watching "Grumpy old Men" on Talk.

The host talks way too much for this to be a proper conversation. 80 percent of the time it's the host that's talking. I'm not trying to be rude, just making an observation and giving notes on how to improve the podcast. Otherwise it's a great podcast.

He was just about to get going, after you asked about how much Albert was there for him as a kid. Constant interruptions and topic changes make for a poor interview.

Too many interruptions, this guy just needs to learn to shut up and let the guest talk. Michel barely gets to speak for longer than 15 seconds without being cut off.
