Wow….. the improvement is HuGe!🎉 I do also don’t finish my sketch books…. Usually because I get so upset with the drawings that I stop using the same sketchbook and buy a new one or use new paper😖
There's always space to improve you know! And why compare? Your art showcases YOU It shows your creativity It doenst have to be pretty, it doenst have to perfect. Don't create art thinking "i need to create something beautiful", instead have a mindset of creating something ugly and just let your imagination flow out. You learn, you improve, you will grow. So keep going! It takes time, so got at your own pace ❤️ remember, make art for your happiness, not others.
You have progressed so damn much as we progressed through the sketchbooks! Also, half the pictures you drew sent me down memory lane! And your first sketchbooks look like my current ones, LMAO!
i started drawing in 1st grade and the reason for that is because in art class the teacher liked my chicken drawing because it had squiggly lines, therefore my chicken was unique. i'm in fourth grade now. edit: also my chicken got placed in an art event and then it got placed in the office at the school right now my grandma is storing it in the boxes. oh how i love bragging ;)

I can watch this video over and ever again😭 the motivation it gives me in unreal💀
I am glad she's proud of herself and her work, many artists just don't appreciate their work :/ (this isn't a copied comment I am just saying how I feel) keep the great work up sis! And pls pray for me I have a art competition tommorow and I am kinda nervous. I am 10 and I also wanna be a artist-

Sketchbook 9 is the best! Your art is adorable, I love your style. Your old art was so super! I want to draw like you, but I haven't got any time because I have a lot of exams, so my progress continues to be frozen. 😭.
You are so talented person!
16 books😘
Dang I wish I could read that many books
What was the purpose of this comment?
I’m a few years behind. Many drawings must be made. Thank you for sharing with us all!!
Came here to remind myself that I’m lazy and need to get back to drawing even though I’ve been drawing since I was 5 🥲🥲
Okay me
Yo same
omg same
ive been drawing since i could hold a pencil 😃 i used to draw on the walls but then once i experienced true art (drawing peoples and stuff) thats when i got into it-
thats so long wth
Same hereeee
Idk why but this somehow inspired me to draw again, I was in artist burn out doing studies basically everyday and I really got bored of art, but after watching this. Realized I can get good even without taking away the fun thanks.
This makes me sad that I ripped up all my middle school art
Good luck with it! ^^
Omg why?

Yeah I really regret not keeping most of my old art. I really hated it but whenever I look back at it I realize how much I have grown. Don't give up :)
She:- drawing amazing pictures from 4th grade only.
While me:- still drawing a person with *hands and legs like sticks*
Practice makes better! Make sure to use a lot of references, watch tutorials of things you're having trouble with, and of course never give up!
Happy drawing, have a wonderful day/evening! ❤💖💗
okay but her anime full body is so cool in the 2nd sketcbook
I've watched this video like hundreds of times since being realesed and i wont stop because ive also kept all my sketch books since i was about 5 and some art i did as a really young kid just too see my progress i want to post a video of it oneday but I still havent because I want to fill up all my sketchbooks first, seeing Them {sorry idk your pronouns} being so confident in their art from when they were younger and not putting it down is amazing :D it makes me so happy because all progress matters regardless of how big or small, and im glad im not the only person who also copied and drew a bit of anime before they found their style, because now i have an art style :D but references, copying, anime and pintrest all helped thank you so much for this video :)
The fact that none finishes there sketch book 🥵
Edit( THANK YOU GUYS FOR ALL YHE LIKES
It’s not easy lol.
I do. Otherwise i can't start a new one
I finish all my sketchbooks Lmao
I just can't finish it😂
No one *
I have the same faber castell sharpener from Michael’s in blue and when I tell you.. it’s the best sharpener ever.
Can’t argue with that.
It's just so funny to me that we artists know the difference between a good sharpener and a bad one . Even though its such a small irrelevant thing .
I have the same hair cut as her when it was died red
Every time she says how bad it looks
My heart
I'm sure yours looks great! Different hairstyles suit different people better!
Your video made me feel like keep going on my art journey and I was kinda getting no inspiration to keep drawing but ur video definitely made me feel a lot better and i got some ideas to draw this is the first video i saw from your channel and I really liked it
Lots of love
2:21 This is literally what haunt's 25% of my sketchbooks
the way you talk so wholesomely and positively about your older art makes me believe i can progress and finish my first sketchbook ♡´・ᴗ・`♡
This honestly gave me so much inspiration and motivation because I recently started art and it’s really bad honestly but now I understand that it takes time and practice to get better thanks to you! :)
Wow….. the improvement is HuGe!🎉
I do also don’t finish my sketch books….
Usually because I get so upset with the drawings that I stop using the same sketchbook and buy a new one or use new paper😖
3:22 “I think they were lesbians.”
I really wasn’t expecting that-
This gave me motivation to start sketching again..🦋
This gives me hope that I'll improve lol

There's always space to improve you know! And why compare? Your art showcases YOU
It shows your creativity
It doenst have to be pretty, it doenst have to perfect. Don't create art thinking "i need to create something beautiful", instead have a mindset of creating something ugly and just let your imagination flow out. You learn, you improve, you will grow. So keep going! It takes time, so got at your own pace ❤️ remember, make art for your happiness, not others.
your art got so much more charecteristic after doing research, that's amazing
That would be cool if you made the end date of your fat sketchbook read “October 2019 to Now”
Just Now. It’s finished as of “Now”
You have so cool ideas ❤🤯🥸🗯💭 really inspirational. Thank you for this video ^^
You have progressed so damn much as we progressed through the sketchbooks! Also, half the pictures you drew sent me down memory lane! And your first sketchbooks look like my current ones, LMAO!
i started drawing in 1st grade and the reason for that is because in art class the teacher liked my chicken drawing because it had squiggly lines, therefore my chicken was unique.
i'm in fourth grade now.
edit: also my chicken got placed in an art event and then it got placed in the office at the school right now my grandma is storing it in the boxes.
oh how i love bragging ;)

omg! yes i love your Gorillaz drawings!!! i actually started drawing 2-D and Murdoc a couple weeks ago and i absolutely love all of youre drawings!

I love this! Your early drawings remind me so much on my own attempts in school 😅❤️❤️
I wish I still had all my art from 3rd grade till now but my mom went through my room and threw it all away :/
I LOVE just how your art gets way better in the sort time and your art is just AHHHH and its amazing I'm glad your proud my dude ✋😗
Not me thinking the first 4 sketchbooks were from 4th to high school and then realizing all the amazing drawings were from 6TH GRADE LIKE WHAT IS THIS STRANGE MAGIC

I love your art style!!
Lowkey- i love that I've grown to watching people go through their sketchbooks, older or newer, because it shows me that not everyone starts off amazing, and its really interesting honestly, and your older art and newer art is so much better than mine now, but im practice still:3
thank you for bringing back in me motivation and inspiration. Really. THANK YOU.

I also love how sweet she is about her art, like saying how she was so proud, and she didn’t ever say how she hated it because like the eyes were gone or the hands were messed up ya know?
