i am canadian, was raised catholic. i left the catholic church in december 2012, and God has led me to the Qur'an. I believe in all three books (Torah, Injeel, and finally the Qur'an). we have undergone a terrible deception in the westerrn world through our media. i woke up finally just last year. This man, Sheikh Imran Hosein, has helped me like no other. It is good to finally hear the truth!!!! God gave us the Torah through Musa, the Injeel through Isa, and the final message through Muhammad.
Those are lucky who watch him live. O people! Here's a gem. And before Allaah takes him away, lets make best use of him. He sees with spiritual eyes. The so-called muftis and duniya-greedy imams with access to millions of muslims every hajj to deliver the most important messages aren't doing their job. How can people say the Sheikh is advocating stoning? He says he is proud that Muslims are willing to enforce what they think is the Law of God but they are WRONG. He clearly says Surat an-Nur stated the punishment for adultery is public flogging for both man and woman, whether the sinners are married or unmarried, and he says the ahadith in Sahih al-Bukhari must be fake because they contradict the Quran. ثم تأتي الآيات السادسة والسابعة والثامنة والتاسعة من نفس السورة لتتكلم في نفس الموضوع، وعن النساء المحصنات بالذات، اللاتي يرميهن أزواجهن بتهمة الزنى:فقال تعالى "والذين يرمون أزواجهم ولم يكن لهم شهداء إلا أنفسهم فشهادة أحدهم أربع شهادات بالله إنه لمن الصادقين، والخامسة أن لعنة الله عليه إن كان من الكاذبين ، ويدرأ عنها العذاب أن تشهد أربع شهادات بالله إنه لمن الكاذبين، والخامسة أن غضب الله عليها إن كان من الصادقين " " ويدرأ عنها العذاب" ......؟!!!عن أي عذاب تتكلم هذه الآية الكريمة!؟ لاشك أنها تتكلم عن نفس العذاب الذي جاء في الآية الثانية من نفس السورة: " وليشهد عذابهما طائفة من المؤمنين" فالآيتان الكريمتان تتكلمان في نفس الموضوع، وفي نفس السورة، وفي نفس الموضع ( في الصفحة الأولى من سورة النور) أي أن عذاب الزانية المحصنة " ويدرأ عنها العذاب" هو نفس العذاب الذي جاء في الآية الثانية " وليشهد عذابهما طائفة من المؤمنين" وهو مائة جلدة ، وليس الرجم حتى الموت، كما جاء في الروايات التي نُسِبَتْ إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، وَوُضِعَتْ في كتب الحديث ،وتتلقاها الأمة بالقبول، وتحكم بها الأمة، وتترك الحكم بما أنزل الله. يقول الله سبحانه وتعالى في سورة النساء:"وَمَن لَّمۡ يَسۡتَطِعۡ مِنكُمۡ طَوۡلاً أَن يَنكِحَ الۡمُحۡصَنَاتِ الۡمُؤۡمِنَاتِ فَمِن مِّا مَلَكَتۡ أَيۡمَانُكُم مِّن فَتَيَاتِكُمُ الۡمُؤۡمِنَاتِ وَاللّهُ أَعۡلَمُ بِإِيمَانِكُمۡ بَعۡضُكُم مِّن بَعۡضٍ فَانكِحُوهُنَّ بِإِذۡنِ أَهۡلِهِنَّ وَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ بِالۡمَعۡرُوفِ مُحۡصَنَاتٍ غَيۡرَ مُسَافِحَاتٍ وَلاَ مُتَّخِذَاتِ أَخۡدَانٍ فَإِذَا أُحۡصِنَّ فَإِنۡ أَتَيۡنَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ فَعَلَيۡهِنَّ نِصۡفُ مَا عَلَىٰ الۡمُحۡصَنَاتِ مِنَ الۡعَذَابِ ذَٰلِكَ لِمَنۡ خَشِىَ الۡعَنَتَ مِنۡكُمۡ وَأَن تَصۡبِرُوا۟ خَيۡرٌ لَّكُمۡ وَاللّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ" ( النساء: 25) نفهم من الآية الكريمة أن الأمة إذا أحصنت، ثم زنت، فعليها نصف ما على المحصنات من العذاب. عن أي عذاب تتحدث الآية الكريمة !؟ لا شك أنها تتحدث عن نفس العذاب الذي جاء ذكره في سورة النور، مائة جلدة،!!؟؟ ولماذا يكون عليها نصف الجلد ولا يكون عليها نصف الرجم حتى الموت!!!؟ لماذا نطبق على الأمة المتزوجة نصف عقوبة الحرة البكر ، ولا نطبق عليها نصف عقوبة الحرة المتزوجة، أليست متزوجة مثلها . . يقول القرطبي في تفسير الآية: "والأمر عندنا أن الأمة إذا. زنت وقد أحصنت مجلودة بكتاب الله، وإذا زنت ولم تحصن مجلودة بحديث النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ولا رجم عليها؛ لأن الرجم لا يتنصف". نعود فنقول: آيات سورة النور بينات بمعنى واضحات وضوحا لا لبس فيه:" سورة أنزلناها وفرضناها وأنزلنا فيها آيات بينات لعلكم تذكرون،" وآيات سورة النور البينات لم تفرق في العقوبة بين الزاني المحصن وغير المحصن، فكلاهما له نفس العقوبة : " الزانية والزاني فاجلدوا كل واحد منهما مائة جلدة ولا تأخذكم بهما رأفة في دين الله إن كنتم تؤمنون بالله واليوم الآخر وليشهد عذابهما طائفة من المؤمنين" من يقول برجم الزاني المحصن، إنما يقول بأن آيات سورة النور ليست آيات بينات، وهذا ما لا يقوله من كان في قلبه مثقال ذرة من إيمان ، سبحان الله وتعالى عما يقولون علوا كبيرا " أفلا يتدبرون القرآن ولو كان من عند غير الله لوجدوا فيه اختلافا كثيرا" فى ندوة التشريع الإسلامى المنعقدة فى مدينة البيضاء فى ليبيا عام ١٩٧٢) فجر الشيخ أبو زهرة قنبلة فقهية، هيّجت عليه أعضاء المؤتمر، حينما فاجأهم برأيه الجديد. وقصة ذلك: أن الشيخ وقف فى المؤتمر، وقال: إنى كتمت رأيًا فقهيًّا فى نفسى من عشرين سنة وآن لى أن أبوح بما كتمته، قبل أن ألقى الله تعالى، ويسألنى: لماذا كتمت ما لديك من علم، ولم تبينه للناس؟ هذا الرأى يتعلق بقضية «الرجم» للمحصن فى حد الزنى. فرأيى أن الرجم كان شريعة يهودية، أقرها الرسول فى أول الأمر، ثم نسخت بحد الجلد فى سورة النور. قال الشيخ: ولي على ذلك أدلة ثلاثة الأول: أن الله تعالى قال: «.... فإذا أُحصِنَّ فإن أتين بفاحشة فعليهن نصف ما على المحصنات من العذاب» [النساء: ٢٥]، والرجم عقوبة لا تتنصف، فثبت أن العذاب فى الآية هو المذكور فى سورة النور: «وليشهد عذابهما طائفة من المؤمنين» [النور:٢. والثانى: ما رواه البخارى فى جامعه الصحيح عن عبدالله بن أوفى أنه سئل عن الرجم. هل كان بعد سورة النور أم قبلها؟ فقال: لا أدرى. فمن المحتمل جدًّا أن تكون عقوبة الرجم قبل نزول آية النور التى نسختها. الثالث: أن الحديث الذى اعتمدوا عليه، وقالوا: إنه كان قرآنًا ثم نسخت تلاوته وبقى حكمه أمر لا يقره العقل، لماذا تنسخ التلاوة والحكم باق؟ وما قيل: إنه كان فى صحيفته فجاءت الداجن وأكلتها لا يقبله منطق. وما إن انتهى الشيخ من كلامه حتى ثار عليه أغلب الحضور، لم يستطع أعداء الله سبحانه وتعالى من الدخول إلى الشريعة الإسلامية عن طريق كتاب الله سبحانه وتعالى ، لأن الله سبحانه وتعالى تعهد بحفظ كتابه من التبديل والتحريف والنقص والزيادة، ولجوا إلى سنة المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم من باب واسع فحرفوا وبدلوا وزادوا ونقَّصوا، والمسلمون في غفلة من أمرهم، ولاهون بالتقاتل حينا وبالجري وراء الملذات والإماء حينا آخر ، دخل أعداء الله سبحانه وتعالى إلى السنة النبوية الشريفة في وقت لم تكن تكتب به السنة النبوية وإنما كانت تتناقل على ألسنة الناس مشافهة لمدة تزيد على قرنين من الزمان ، ولا يمكن لنص شفهي بقي يتناقل مشافهة كل هذه المدة الزمنية ، أن يكون حجة على كتاب الله سبحانه وتعالى، ولا حول ولا قوة الا بالله اتقبل النقاش بالموضوع ويكون نقاش للوصول الى الحقيقة شكرا

@SadiePakistan my understanding is this: he praises the sincerity and the devotion of the Muslim ummah of today to Islam that even if it is still prescribed in Islam that you must stone the adulterers to death, they would be ready to do so. But on the other hand, he indirectly and wisely points out to us to realize that many of us may be sincerely misinformed for thinking that stoning is still part of the New Law, while in reality it actually has been abrogated by the Quran.
why did on surah nisa verse 15 it says to confine them to houses . i tried to say that the punishment for zina was the one in surah nur verse 2 / lashes but the other person argued since confinement until death was in surah nisa it can be made precedent . even though that nisa on verse 15 it says "allah ordain for them some other way"

Singapore Sariah law don't care of wife adultery ,they simply tell the husband that he got the right to divorce her then the husband must pay her and part of his asset. isn't that ridiculous . It is seem to be a malay law implemented in the Sariah court. because adultery is a norm in malay culture.

Regarding abolishing the jizya here is a hadith which explains why the jizya will be abolished. Abu Huraira narrated that Prophet Mohammad صلى الله عليه وسلم said: "There is no prophet between me and him (Jesus Christ عليه السلام ). He shall descend so, recognize him when you see him. He is a man of medium height, (his complexion) is between reddish and white; he will be (dressed) in two yellowish garments; His head looks as if it is dripping water even though it is not wet. He will fight people in the cause (for the sake) of Islam, will break the Cross and kill the swine (pig) and abolish Jizya (tax on Christians and Jews); and Allah will put an end to all religious sects except Islam during his (Jesus') time. He (Jesus) will slay the Antichrist (Dajjal) and he will stay on Earth for 40 years. Then, he will die and the Muslims will perform the funeral prayer for him." (Abu Dawud and Musnad Ahmad). Note: Allah will put an end to all religious sects except Islam during his (Jesus') time, hence no jizya required.
The hadith has no status when compared to Al Quran even though it is considered Sahih. Are you expecting that there will be another Kitab @ a new jurisprudent during Isa AS and the current syariah according to Quran will be abrogated?

Jesus PBUH will return. He will return to straighten his belief that had been damaged. That's why Sura Al Kahf mentions about trinity. And Rasulullah PBUH made it clearer by the hadith.

You are right, I am sorry for this. His speech around 1:12:00 caused me to think that he meant that still stoning to death for MARRIED and for NONMARRIED 100 whips in public. But he says "TOMORROW IMAM MAHDI is coming" which means He believes that he will return in the future. But according to QUR'AN, JESUS (pbuh) will NOT return which means IMAM MAHDI will NOT come. After my exams, I can prove you this if you want.
Allah has ordained a way for those women. When an unmarried male commits adultery with an unmarried female, they should receive one hundred lashes and banishment for one year. And in case of married male committing adultery with a married female, they shall receive one hundred lashes and be stoned to death. So why are sheikhs still preaching 'STONING TO DEATH WHEN THE HOLY QUR'AN HAS GIVEN US THE WAY? We should not look at what others use to do. DO WHAT ALLAH HAS TOLD US TO DO or else we will be asked about it on judgement day.

How can people say the Sheikh is advocating stoning? He says he is proud that Muslims are willing to enforce what they think is the Law of God but they are WRONG. He clearly says Surat an-Nur stated the punishment for adultery is public flogging for both man and woman, whether the sinners are married or unmarried, and he says the ahadith in Sahih al-Bukhari must be fake because they contradict the Quran.

بل قال سبحانه وتعالى: " الزانية والزاني" لتدل على عموم الزناة ’ محصنين وغير محصنين ، ثيبين و أبكارا، " فاجلدوا كل واحد منهما مائة جلدة"
لم يقل سبحانه وتعالى : الزانية والزاني غير المحصنين فاجلدوهما مائة جلدة، والزانية والزاني المحصنين فارجموهما حتى الموت!
ثم تأتي الآيات السادسة والسابعة والثامنة والتاسعة من نفس السورة لتتكلم في نفس الموضوع، وعن النساء المحصنات بالذات، اللاتي يرميهن أزواجهن بتهمة الزنى:فقال تعالى "والذين يرمون أزواجهم ولم يكن لهم شهداء إلا أنفسهم فشهادة أحدهم أربع شهادات بالله إنه لمن الصادقين، والخامسة أن لعنة الله عليه إن كان من الكاذبين ، ويدرأ عنها العذاب أن تشهد أربع شهادات بالله إنه لمن الكاذبين، والخامسة أن غضب الله عليها إن كان من الصادقين

" ويدرأ عنها العذاب" ......؟!!!عن أي عذاب تتكلم هذه الآية الكريمة!؟
لاشك أنها تتكلم عن نفس العذاب الذي جاء في الآية الثانية من نفس السورة: " وليشهد عذابهما طائفة من المؤمنين" فالآيتان الكريمتان تتكلمان في نفس الموضوع، وفي نفس السورة، وفي نفس الموضع ( في الصفحة الأولى من سورة النور)
أي أن عذاب الزانية المحصنة " ويدرأ عنها العذاب" هو نفس العذاب الذي جاء في الآية الثانية
" وليشهد عذابهما طائفة من المؤمنين" وهو مائة جلدة ، وليس الرجم حتى الموت، كما جاء في الروايات التي نُسِبَتْ إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، وَوُضِعَتْ في كتب الحديث ،وتتلقاها الأمة بالقبول، وتحكم بها الأمة، وتترك الحكم بما أنزل الله.
يقول الله سبحانه وتعالى في سورة النساء:"وَمَن لَّمۡ يَسۡتَطِعۡ مِنكُمۡ طَوۡلاً أَن يَنكِحَ الۡمُحۡصَنَاتِ الۡمُؤۡمِنَاتِ فَمِن مِّا مَلَكَتۡ أَيۡمَانُكُم مِّن فَتَيَاتِكُمُ الۡمُؤۡمِنَاتِ وَاللّهُ أَعۡلَمُ بِإِيمَانِكُمۡ بَعۡضُكُم مِّن بَعۡضٍ فَانكِحُوهُنَّ بِإِذۡنِ أَهۡلِهِنَّ وَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ بِالۡمَعۡرُوفِ مُحۡصَنَاتٍ غَيۡرَ مُسَافِحَاتٍ وَلاَ مُتَّخِذَاتِ أَخۡدَانٍ فَإِذَا أُحۡصِنَّ فَإِنۡ أَتَيۡنَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ فَعَلَيۡهِنَّ نِصۡفُ مَا عَلَىٰ الۡمُحۡصَنَاتِ مِنَ الۡعَذَابِ ذَٰلِكَ لِمَنۡ خَشِىَ الۡعَنَتَ مِنۡكُمۡ وَأَن تَصۡبِرُوا۟ خَيۡرٌ لَّكُمۡ وَاللّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ" ( النساء: 25)
نفهم من الآية الكريمة أن الأمة إذا أحصنت، ثم زنت، فعليها نصف ما على المحصنات من العذاب.
عن أي عذاب تتحدث الآية الكريمة !؟ لا شك أنها تتحدث عن نفس العذاب الذي جاء ذكره في سورة النور، مائة جلدة،!!؟؟ ولماذا يكون عليها نصف الجلد ولا يكون عليها نصف الرجم حتى الموت!!!؟ لماذا نطبق على الأمة المتزوجة نصف عقوبة الحرة البكر ، ولا نطبق عليها نصف عقوبة الحرة المتزوجة، أليست متزوجة مثلها .
. يقول القرطبي في تفسير الآية: "والأمر عندنا أن الأمة إذا. زنت وقد أحصنت مجلودة بكتاب الله، وإذا زنت ولم تحصن مجلودة بحديث النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ولا رجم عليها؛ لأن الرجم لا يتنصف".
نعود فنقول: آيات سورة النور بينات بمعنى واضحات وضوحا لا لبس فيه:" سورة أنزلناها وفرضناها وأنزلنا فيها آيات بينات لعلكم تذكرون،"
وآيات سورة النور البينات لم تفرق في العقوبة بين الزاني المحصن وغير المحصن، فكلاهما له نفس العقوبة : " الزانية والزاني فاجلدوا كل واحد منهما مائة جلدة ولا تأخذكم بهما رأفة في دين الله إن كنتم تؤمنون بالله واليوم الآخر وليشهد عذابهما طائفة من المؤمنين"
من يقول برجم الزاني المحصن، إنما يقول بأن آيات سورة النور ليست آيات بينات، وهذا ما لا يقوله من كان في قلبه مثقال ذرة من إيمان ، سبحان الله وتعالى عما يقولون علوا كبيرا " أفلا يتدبرون القرآن ولو كان من عند غير الله لوجدوا فيه اختلافا كثيرا"
فى ندوة التشريع الإسلامى المنعقدة فى مدينة البيضاء فى ليبيا عام ١٩٧٢) فجر الشيخ أبو زهرة قنبلة فقهية، هيّجت عليه أعضاء المؤتمر، حينما فاجأهم برأيه الجديد. وقصة ذلك: أن الشيخ وقف فى المؤتمر، وقال: إنى كتمت رأيًا فقهيًّا فى نفسى من عشرين سنة وآن لى أن أبوح بما كتمته، قبل أن ألقى الله تعالى، ويسألنى: لماذا كتمت ما لديك من علم، ولم تبينه للناس؟ هذا الرأى يتعلق بقضية «الرجم» للمحصن فى حد الزنى.
فرأيى أن الرجم كان شريعة يهودية، أقرها الرسول فى أول الأمر، ثم نسخت بحد الجلد فى سورة النور.
قال الشيخ: ولي على ذلك أدلة ثلاثة
الأول: أن الله تعالى قال: «.... فإذا أُحصِنَّ فإن أتين بفاحشة فعليهن نصف ما على المحصنات من العذاب» [النساء: ٢٥]، والرجم عقوبة لا تتنصف، فثبت أن العذاب فى الآية هو المذكور فى سورة النور: «وليشهد عذابهما طائفة من المؤمنين» [النور:٢.
والثانى: ما رواه البخارى فى جامعه الصحيح عن عبدالله بن أوفى أنه سئل عن الرجم. هل كان بعد سورة النور أم قبلها؟ فقال: لا أدرى. فمن المحتمل جدًّا أن تكون عقوبة الرجم قبل نزول آية النور التى نسختها.
الثالث: أن الحديث الذى اعتمدوا عليه، وقالوا: إنه كان قرآنًا ثم نسخت تلاوته وبقى حكمه أمر لا يقره العقل، لماذا تنسخ التلاوة والحكم باق؟ وما قيل: إنه كان فى صحيفته فجاءت الداجن وأكلتها لا يقبله منطق.
وما إن انتهى الشيخ من كلامه حتى ثار عليه أغلب الحضور،
لم يستطع أعداء الله سبحانه وتعالى من الدخول إلى الشريعة الإسلامية عن طريق كتاب الله سبحانه وتعالى ، لأن الله سبحانه وتعالى تعهد بحفظ كتابه من التبديل والتحريف والنقص والزيادة، ولجوا إلى سنة المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم من باب واسع فحرفوا وبدلوا وزادوا ونقَّصوا، والمسلمون في غفلة من أمرهم، ولاهون بالتقاتل حينا وبالجري وراء الملذات والإماء حينا آخر ، دخل أعداء الله سبحانه وتعالى إلى السنة النبوية الشريفة في وقت لم تكن تكتب به السنة النبوية وإنما كانت تتناقل على ألسنة الناس مشافهة لمدة تزيد على قرنين من الزمان ، ولا يمكن لنص شفهي بقي يتناقل مشافهة كل هذه المدة الزمنية ، أن يكون حجة على كتاب الله سبحانه وتعالى،
ولا حول ولا قوة الا بالله

@SadiePakistan my understanding is this: he praises the sincerity and the devotion of the Muslim ummah of today to Islam that even if it is still prescribed in Islam that you must stone the adulterers to death, they would be ready to do so. But on the other hand, he indirectly and wisely points out to us to realize that many of us may be sincerely misinformed for thinking that stoning is still part of the New Law, while in reality it actually has been abrogated by the Quran.

why did on surah nisa verse 15 it says to confine them to houses . i tried to say that the punishment for zina was the one in surah nur verse 2 / lashes but the other person argued since confinement until death was in surah nisa it can be made precedent . even though that nisa on verse 15 it says "allah ordain for them some other way"

Singapore Sariah law don't care of wife adultery ,they simply tell the husband that he got the right to divorce her then the husband must pay her and part of his asset. isn't that ridiculous . It is seem to be a malay law implemented in the Sariah court. because adultery is a norm in malay culture.

Regarding abolishing the jizya here is a hadith which explains why the jizya will be abolished.
Abu Huraira narrated that Prophet Mohammad صلى الله عليه وسلم said: "There is no prophet between me and him (Jesus Christ عليه السلام ). He shall descend so, recognize him when you see him. He is a man of medium height, (his complexion) is between reddish and white; he will be (dressed) in two yellowish garments; His head looks as if it is dripping water even though it is not wet. He will fight people in the cause (for the sake) of Islam, will break the Cross and kill the swine (pig) and abolish Jizya (tax on Christians and Jews); and Allah will put an end to all religious sects except Islam during his (Jesus') time. He (Jesus) will slay the Antichrist (Dajjal) and he will stay on Earth for 40 years. Then, he will die and the Muslims will perform the funeral prayer for him." (Abu Dawud and Musnad Ahmad).
Note: Allah will put an end to all religious sects except Islam during his (Jesus') time, hence no jizya required.
The hadith has no status when compared to Al Quran even though it is considered Sahih. Are you expecting that there will be another Kitab @ a new jurisprudent during Isa AS and the current syariah according to Quran will be abrogated?
Jizya is a tax on all non-Muslims. Not just Christians & Jews.

Jesus PBUH will return. He will return to straighten his belief that had been damaged. That's why Sura Al Kahf mentions about trinity. And Rasulullah PBUH made it clearer by the hadith.

Allah has ordained a way for those women. When an unmarried male commits adultery with an unmarried female, they should receive one hundred lashes and banishment for one year. And in case of married male committing adultery with a married female, they shall receive one hundred lashes and be stoned to death. So why are sheikhs still preaching 'STONING TO DEATH WHEN THE HOLY QUR'AN HAS GIVEN US THE WAY? We should not look at what others use to do.
