Mechanic is incredibly fun - basically Darkest Dungeon in-game, however they should cut the cost of entering at least by half, or even make it cost 100. Gathering 300 is insanely slow, and when you get a bad run it pains you even more :( oh, and a little tip - I believe, that when you fail during the event you don't get kicked from the run, but you just don't regain some of the sanity you normally do
PSA. The legendary pact spirit can proc the lake lady on day 15. Meaning you get Activation mediums in all 3 chests. Happened to me on my first day 15 run. All medium together were like 200FE but still raised my dopamine through the roof.
I wonder if they will make it cost less - 100/run would feel great, but the current 300 is bloody too much. The consensus with other people is pretty similar (have like 20h played, almost everyone wants lower entry cost or buffed drop of the material). Edit: a bit of info - map with quant card in 8-0 gives about 70 currency for the entry. It will took 5 maps to see the mechanic once. It is bad in a similar way to Delve before the costs and cap for sulphite were adjusted.
@@DonTheCrown that another good point - dont need increased drop rate or lowered entrance cost - just spawn like 20 elites on t7+ maps. That would solve the problem too

having tons of fun this season, but this mechanic feels so much less rewarding than the dream last season. hopefully they give it some love soon

i think 5 maps for a potentially 30min+ mech seems fine, really the portal should just be more interesting than just 1 elite

pretty fun, crafting is very solid, game has multiple side endgames to farm now (im addicted to the new roguelite seasonal mech)
