Great video. When you look at when Saul (Paul) was on the road to Damascus, God knew what to do, to show Paul the error of his ways. I believe when God resurrects the lost to face judgment, the lost will feel a love so powerful that will radiant from God. And once the lost have learned the full knowledge of God's salvation, God's will, will be done. God is not bound or limited by time, man made religion or by Satan- a spirit being that he created.

To say we can “choose” to love God is to say we can love outside of God.
This is like saying we can have life outside of God. It’s essentially satans mistake.
God in a way forces us to love no matter what.

The Bible teaches the restoration of all things, weather in heaven on Earth under the Earth, Bible teaches everything will be reconciled to God in The end, why does man always want to argue about God's abilities, God has said over and over, I will accomplish all of my will. Yet man keep saying how can he do this or how can he do that, why worry about the how, he knows how and he will do it, end of story.

Any good parent would not allow their children to play around a hole in the ground that might cause them permanent harm or death. A parent’s job is to educate their children so that they can make intelligent choices as they mature. That may mean allowing them to make some bad choices which allow them to learn from the consequences.
And a person cannot make an intelligent choice until they are fully informed. That’s not real freedom.
Choosing ECT or death over abundant life would be made only if the person were not fully informed (made a mistake) or if they were insane. If insane, they would need help, not condemnation.
Right now, our freedom is limited, and for good reason - because we are immature and lack all knowledge in order to make good decisions. Our Father knows that. So how is He going to give us the freedom He wants us to have - the freedom we all desire? “The truth (knowledge of the facts) will set you FREE!”
Besides, by His own laws that He gave to Moses, if a man digs a hole, and another man’s ox falls into it, the man who dug the hole is responsible for the loss. Is He not the Creator of all things including the hole? Maybe the hole was created to teach us something about the difference between good an evil. He asks, “who do you say I am - (what kind of parent do you think I am - irresponsible or purposeful?)

God doesn't force us to come to Him and bow the knee, God's love wins us over. God's sovereign will, which is expressed by His love, wins over all of us in the end. Not by might, nor by power but by my Spirit says the Lord. God who made us in His image knows the way to express His live to each one that eventually wins over even the hardest hard.

I come from a family of staunch atheist/rationalists & now consider myself as a believer (albeit very green).
Ironically, it was my study of astrology which ultimately landed me where I am today.
Following a very bad heartbreak end of 2019 which resulted in a deep depression I obsessively delved into both western and Vedic forms trying to find understanding of what/why things happened the way they did.
Becoming even more disillusioned and depressed because astrology never gave satisfactory answers, I began to open my heart and mind to scripture & bought my first bible in 2022.
I still do research into origins etc & mythology behind astrology, my focus has shifted as to how it relates to scripture or vice versa.
What I do know is that you should never trust it for answers & learned this the hard way.

To me, the example is found in the story of Thomas at John chapter 20, where the disciples were telling Thomas that they had seen the resurrected Lord. To which Thomas says, “Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe.”
I know many people that for whatever reason, also “will not believe.” But then look what happens in verse 26:
And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you. 27Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing. 28And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.
Jesus did not have to force Thomas to believe. Likewise, when non-believers are resurrected and before the Lord, and feel the profound love of the Father, they will willingly submit to his correction and refinement, purified like gold and silver, until the Refiner sees himself reflected in the mirror like surface of the molten gold, so God will see his glory reflected in all of his children.

To me, the #1 reason to believe in universalism is the fact that you tend to be like the God you worship. If your God could torture his children forever, than you just might think certain people are worthy of torture now...and you yourself might be the perpetrator. We have seen this happen in the Spanish inquisition, the Salem witch trials and from the protestants in Geneva in the middle ages.

The way I see free will is what I call restricted free will, because we all have free will to believe or disbalive but we are still held within the power of god weather we want to or not therefore absolute free will does not truely exist

    • @TheBiggestJesus
      @TheBiggestJesus ปีที่แล้ว +2

Any restriction on free will renders it un-free, and there are many restrictions imposed by God (see Romans 11:32). God is the only being with free will.

    • @jimstrahan3271

Any good parent would not give their child total free will to do anything they wish. But the child gains freedom as they mature.
Again, as Talbott stated, a person cannot make a truly free will intelligent decision until they are fully informed of all the facts. And how will we attain more freedom as God makes us in His image and likeness? “The truth will set you free” - (Knowledge of the facts gained through experience and His Word.)

For to Moses He is saying, "I shall be merciful to whomever I may be merciful, and I shall be pitying whomever I may be pitying."
Consequently, then, it is not of him who is willing, nor of him who is racing, but of God, the Merciful.
For the scripture is saying to Pharaoh that "For this selfsame thing I rouse you up, so that I should be displaying in you My power, and so that My name should be published in the entire earth."
Consequently, then, to whom He will, He is merciful, yet whom He will, He is hardening.
You will be protesting to me, then, "Why, then, is He still blaming? for who has withstood His intention?"
O man! who are you, to be sure, who are answering again to God? That which is molded will not protest to the molder, "Why do you make me thus?"
Or has not the potter the right over the clay, out of the same kneading to make one vessel, indeed, for honor, yet one for dishonor?
Now if God, wanting to display His indignation and to make His powerful doings known, carries, with much patience, the vessels of indignation, adapted for destruction,
it is that He should also be making known the riches of His glory on the vessels of mercy, which He makes ready before for glory --

The great news is, He will be merciful to all (Romans 11:32). And this after He releases all from the stubbornness He locked them in (also Romans 11:32)

When the Bible tells us God is merciful, it does not mean he is merciful to some people and not merciful to others. He is merciful, and his mercies extend to all people, and his mercies endure forever. Btw, I’m not denying that some suffer terribly, and some will suffer terribly. But isn’t it a mercy to you if you happen to be one of the ones who avoids terrible suffering?
It is a mercy to those who come to Christ before becoming addicted to a drug or going through some other hellish experience. And it is a mercy that some turn to Christ on this earth and don’t have to suffer in Hell, but that does not mean that just because a person suffers the consequences of sin, that they can never be redeemed.
We who turn to Christ on this earth are the first fruits. Hell is but the penultimate destiny for much of humanity. It is not their final destination. The gates of Hell shall not prevail. Are gates a defensive structure? Yes. God will prevail. No one will be able to resist the all knowing, all loving, all powerful and wise God forever. He will be all in all. All things will be made new. The Devils work will be completely destroyed. Sin will be no more. Christ is the saviour of all men.
