You are correct that they come through Org. When they come into Worthington to interchange, they still use there own frequency, (160.800) except when contacting the UP Dispatcher. I don't know if they get a track warrant. When I listen to my scanner a UP manifest came through and dispatch told him to tell MS come on through to Wortington. I hope that helps!!
I've never seen the MS switch in Worthington. I assume they come up the UP from Org, right? So they would be using UP's road fq in Worthington of 161.040, right? I assume they have to get a warrant from UP, but I don't think I've ever heard that type of traffic with MS on 161.040. When they're on their own track, they use 160.800, right? How's that all work?
