Hi, Chris you're doing well. Sorry, I'm 6 months late going back to your support group after I relapsed to smoking when I went to smoking area gambling casino. I quit smoking for 5 months watching your support group before my last relapse. I'm in day 2 quit smoking cold turkey today. I'm 59 yo learned to smoke inhaling when I was 19 yo. The longest time I quit smoking was 2 years many years ago I did it cold turkey. I know I can do better than that with the help of your support group. Thank u very much keep up the good work. I'm counting on you you're my heroe to stay stopped smoking committed. Thank you.
