I can't say anything bad about Aeroflot airlines. I won a free first class trip by being a frequent flyer member. I have flown other russian airlines, and by far aeroflot is the most consistent, clean and professional. They took care of me when i had a ticketing issue with Orbitz. Even in coach, I found the flight staff very nice and the food good.
Judging by comments below, I wish we could all respect and love each other a little more. This is about Aeroflot, the Russian Airline - and not about Russia itself. An airline is a perfect ambassador for travelers and thus for an airline home to Russia, this beautiful commercial would sensibly make any Russian very proud. Ambitious goals pushes us all to become better. Very Nice job Aeroflot
