I think we ought to create a "Woo Woo" fraternity! haha
Ok, what is the official garb? Hoodies, Mickey shirts and Woo shades! haha
Yes!
Adventures by George I'm in !
need a special hand shake to top it all off
Adventures by George That Woo be awesome!
Today on my radio station, they talked about new shows coming up next September. They are old moves and old shows being revamp. The dejay's said the writers ran out of ideas. That is why I watch TH-cam, it is people like you that is a whole lot more fun to watch and, educational. I love you and keep up the good work, which is every day life. Chirp
They were talking about the next TV shows. If it were a move it will be a spin off, TV show will start where the old one left off, just like Hawaii-5-0. Chirp
Awesome, all I could think of was cousin Eddie in "Christmas Vacation" when you were draining the main vein of Marge. Too bad you weren't wearing a bathrobe and dress shoes LOL.
Lol I also thought of that and RV
hey Adam, coming from a fellow RV'er, always pull your black tank (typically black handle) toilet water first, let it drain..then close it off and pull your grey tank (again, typically grey handle) shower and sink water to wash the nastys out of your main pipe and hose. Keep the vids commin..
S*%tter was full
adamthewoo PLEASE WEAR GLOVES!!!
Sorry we are getting all this rain, Adam. Supposed to rain more today. Here in Little Rock, at least. Maybe by the time you make it up this way, it will be nice and sunny.
adamthewoo ya gotta empty the pooper doesnt work like the van when you can just drop your woo poo in the taco bell ...oh wind up in quincy Illinois eventually. ., youll find it full of odd history and memorials i could eve get you a guide
I was thinking the same thing as you were doing that. Funny.
oregon is calling buddy
Man, you walking around that abandoned motel reminded me of your first channel! Keep up the great work Adam!
This was fascinating to learn about the International Order of the Hoo Hoo, since 1882. Love the Black Cat whose tail is always curved to create the number 9. The older fraternal societies are quite interesting, like Odd Fellows, the Masons, etc. GREAT VLOG. Thank you, Adam.
Adam,I'm going to WDW this week and am stoked. Were staying in a wilderness cabin, hopefully youlll be back soon to film in the world.
There's a lot of beautiful areas in this country isn't there Adam? Thanks that was fun, got my WOO FIX for the day!!! Stay safe my friend!!😀
I love it when you sprinkle in a little old school Woo. It's awesome that you're cruising through my state. I know you recently had a meet up in San Antonio, any chance for a mini meet up in Little Rock perhaps at the Clinton Library or the River Market. I know it's probably a slim chance. Just thought I'd ask.
Another great one Adam, your adventures are always fun ones 🙂
Small towns in Arkansas...these types of videos are my favorites! Great one today!
By the way, I like the long format videos 20 - 30 minutes. Good effort :-)
it wasn't intentional . Normally I try to stick to 10-15 minutes
UGH....
More we see your quality videos the better!
Adam, at 1:17 that is a rail car that railroad workers used to use for maintenance before they invented pickup trucks fitted with rail wheels to inspect and do maintenance. Now rail enthusiasts buy the old cars and rebuild them for traveling on abandoned railroad tracks ......even organized groups get together to display their rail cars and to travel on the tracks for a weekend. Sometimes referred as rail speeders.
The little rail car was used to transport railwaay repairmen and the equipment.
That "fraternity" is a bit creepy... Especially the robes & hats...
Kelli Browning The fashion choice of the racist
Kelli Browning EXACTLY what I thought too.
That cat, I remember seeing that cat on a lumber sign in Portland Tigard area in Oregon, never knew what it was for until now thanks Adam the woo
That "psycho" bird was hilarious. What are the odds.
he must wait around all day for someone to startle like that
As if to be channeling Hitchcock himself.
I remember watching The Gurdon Light on Unsolved Mysteries. Neat
You shoulda told them you were the founder of the International Order of
the Woo Woo!
Really impressed with your RV maintenance skills, Adam!
To skim a stone it needs to be smallish and flat. Crouch as low as possible and throw it in a backhand fashion.
Happy skimming/skipping!
Hi, Adam. That dead, abandoned hotel would be good for your first Vlog Channel! Thank you again for showing parts of our country that many of us would have never seen except if it was not for your videos. I really enjoy seeing small town America. Thanks once again...
Hay Adam! Enjoyed watching this Vlog! And i love the Town Hope, and i was Interested in the Order of the Hoo-Hoo, very interesting in deed. And looking forward in your next entertaining Vlog.
thanks for watching and the comment
adamthewoo that's no problem Adam! I hope one day in the near future after i have finished College in June, it might not be in June could be October i be able to Visit The US. from UK. And maybe do a meet up.
Another great video! Thanks for taking us with you
Arkadelphia? Is that where the lost Ark is?! Indy would be PROUD! :D
Another great VLOG, Adam. Depending upon which way the wind blows you, try to visit the Mt. Ida area. On the shores of Lake Quachita, it's truly God's Country. Simply beautiful!
I grew up on Lake Ouchita. My family spent every summer there until I was about 19. Went to Magic Springs at least twice every season. That was back in its heyday before it closed for however many years.
I kind of wish the Daily Woo was longer too. At least 20 minutes. There's never a dull moment. We need more Woo.
Glad you got straightened out on the tank dump Adam. Another thing to remember to do is put some water into the black tank after you dump it along with some tank deodorizer. The deodorizer also breaks down solids. You don't have to pay extra for RV toilet paper either. Single ply like Scott tissue is cheaper and is the same thing. Hope this helps the Wooster!
Cousin Eddie would be proud.
Wow, you went to a lot of places today. Very good day. I love when you talk to the cows and horses and they do stop and look at you.
3:20 As you know from I-4 the designation is based on the predominant direction , in the case of I-4 it is a few miles more east/west than it is north/south even though when passing through Orlando/Kissimmee it is entirely north/south...
I don't know if you do research on the new places you go to or if you were just lucky but that was a very interesting vloge great job Mr Woo .
a little of both honestly
So glad that hose was on right , otherwise might have to call you Adam The Poo! 😂😂😂
The railroad cart was for crews to do maintenance work on the tracks. There are clubs who restore these things and do runs along scenic stretches of railway lines.
The clean out of the waste reminds me of the movie RV with Robin Williams.
Bill Forshey good thing he didn't need a hose spreader.
Oh yes!!! Forgot about that!!
trimmoos 😂😂😂😂😂😂
"The embalming of the Snark", she says, insistently. She seemed irritated at how oblivious you were! LOL!
It was hard to wrap my head around
You don't say!
I even find you draining waste water from your RV very interesting and entertaining. You videos are excellent, Adam. Thanks!
Awesome Vlog Adam!! You were all around my neighborhood, hope to meet you the next you drive thru.
I think I laughed a little too hard towards the end with "Norman?" and the angry bird lmao!
Vlog used to start with a K-cup, now they end with a bag of chips. I feel like I've seen both sides of the moon.
Before you get into "The Order of The Hoo Hoo," my brother and I used to take the empty paper towel tubes, and empty toilet paper tubes, purse our lips, put an opening of the cardboard tube to our mouths and shout: "Hoo! Hoo!" through them!
We called them: "Hoo! Hoos!"
Adam that small railroad car was used to check on the railroad to see if there any problems with the rails so they could be fixed before the trains would come thru.
Happy Tuesday Everyone! Speaking of Tae Kwon Do, if they had a Cobra Kai Dojo in the 80's that woulda been awesome!
Jose De La Rosa Show no mercy!
The American Tae Kwon Do Association is actually headquartered here in Arkansas. :)
JF Grillo Defeat! Does not exist! In this dojo!
sweep the leg
Jose De La Rosa
*YES, SENSEI!!*
My husband keeps a box of latex gloves in the storage compartment of our RV to use when he dumps the tanks. Keeps his hands cleaner even though he does was his hands afterwards. He gets his at Harbor Freight Tools.
If u get close to Bradford, it's about halfway between Searcy and Newport on US 67, there's an old bridge that is covered in crosses that was painted on it. Ask around about the story on it, seeing how u like the unusual. Your making me homesick, but in a good way. Thank you Adam! P.S.- You'll want to get the drone out on that one. Take care.
Grey water...always reminds me of that scene with Randy Quaid from Christmas Vacation!
That town felt like something out of The Twilight Zone... I could almost see Rod Serling walking out of one of those storefronts to introduce the story!
The two seater railroad car is called a rail speeder they were used to inspect the rails for defects, now a days the railroads use pickup trucks that have modified wheels that can be lowered onto the rails or lifted to be used as a normal vehicle it's a safer, cheaper, and quieter alternative and is a industry standard now on all US railroads
Live in AR my entire life...Use Columbo like research skills on Benton/Sling Blade. And if you are on your way to Branson...Eureka Springs is a must. Very historic with many hotels from late 1800's still in use today. Welcome to AR sir!!! I'm enjoying your videos as always.
1:16 That is a Track Speeder. They were used by railroad workers to inspect track and make repairs. There are people who collect and restore these. They will hold Speeder meet ups where they run them on abandoned rail or make arrangements with a friendly railroad to take them out in groups for an excursion. Check out www.narcoa.org.
I thin I can answer your question about diagonal interstates! I live in a city that has an East-West interstate passing through, however, in my city it only runs North-South. It is still numbered even, as the majority of the roadway travels East-West. If it were a diagonal highway, they would most likely take the longest distance and give it a number based on that.
That bird squawking was too perfect. LOL
"Every town has an Elm street." I see Hope used to have one.
great video would love to catch you in indiana sometime Adam. Maybe you'll swing through sometime lol.
Where have I heard "hoo hoo" before? Oh, yeah, it's the backing vocals for "Sympathy For The Devil".
The fraternal order of the woo woo. The cow with a tail shaped like the number 2.
A similar railroad car (railway speeder) was used in The Railrodder with Buster Keaton.
Hey, thanks for letting us all live vicariously through you
"I still believe in a place called hope...but not the literal place called hope" - CLINTON: The Musical
Love your videos Adam and you've got a great little motor home.
Never get tired of those small towns. Wish you could have went and looked for the Gurdon light! I've always been a little obsessed with the various mystery lights around the world.
Them shakey RV mirrors make a darn good camera stand! Have a great day brother and see you tomorrow.
Driving home from Mississippi Sunday, a large flock of birds flew over, I said out loud " Hitchcock would be proud" My wife looked at me as if I were nuts....
Well as i sit here watching this mornings vlog i can say with out you i would never know about these out of the way places thank you so much i look forward each morning to your vlohgs. I will see you you next time.
thanks Charles, glad you enjoy the videos. Its nice to learn things myself while traveling
vicariously festooning the Internet with wonderful things
Adam The Moo again. I do remember watching Clinton play his sax on the Arsenio Hall Show. Clinton was the first presidential candidate that related to a younger generation; the first baby-boomer president. Played Fleetwood Mac songs at the Democratic Convention. I wish he could be president again; him and Thomas Jefferson.
Mike Huckabee on bass guitar at 2:23 (He was also born in Hope.). I wonder who the two ladies are.
dude i love your videos all the goofyness and odd makes alll the more awesome keep up the great work man!!!!
Love seeing that notification, TDW is the bomb
Good Morning Adam. Another great vlog!
At your age why do you still have your tongue pierced ?
Adam Mason whats the age limit
ReturnTrip 30
punk never dies
Adam Mason there is no age limit (too old) for having or getting piercings. Nor is there one for getting tattoos.
or Cocks.
Hey there, Adam! You're getting close to western KY where I reside. Things to check out close to here if you come this way - Indian burial mounds in Wickliffe, KY. Cairo, IL - the old town is sprawling and practically a ghost town - look up the history. Columbus Park, the site of battles at the edge of the Mississippi. The Discovery Park museum in Union City TN is near, also Paris, TN with it's small Eiffel Tower replica. Wish our huge abandoned Executive Inn hotel in Paducah was still here but alas it is gone now. But there is its downtown riverfront, with it's decorative flood wall put up after the 1937 flood - lots of history about that. And the story of a dead and petrified man named Speedy. It's old Columbia Theater and ghost stories of local shops, and then across from Paducah, is Metropolis, IL, the designated home of Superman, with it's large Superman statue in front of city hall, and there is a Tardis in town somewhere there too. Also close is the Land Between the Lakes area, Jefferson Davis memorial - a smaller concrete version of the Washington memorial in D.C, and Mammoth Cave. We have lots of town squares in our area too. They are almost so similar that sometimes it feels like you are in another town or that you've went in a circle. Some movies that were filmed in the area - How The West Was Won, The Fugitive 2 (with Wesley Snipes) and In Country (with Bruce Willis). So lots to go to if you dare. Lots of old cemeteries in random places too. Anyway, if you do come this way, some thoughts on places you should go. And would love to meet up if you do come through.
Wrong kind of rock for skipping Adam LOL. Rebel flag alert 9:24 going to be trouble . Norman LOL too funny !
adam i love when you go to abandoned places like that hotel....thats actually how i was led here 2 years ago......,also miss when you explored abandon places
The Brevard County plaque was from Florida. There used to be a park here until 1999 named Hoo Hoo Park. That park was shut down due to overt sexual activity. I guess they got that plaque when the park closed. It has since been cleaned up and reopened as "Riverwalk Family Park" it is on US 1 in Rockledge. I wonder if there are any remnants of its "Hoo Hoo" past. There used to be a Hoo Hoo club in Cocoa (not Cocoa Beach) but I think it is now defunct.
Adam the Woo Hoo Hoo
has a nice ring to it
The cannon plaque reminded me of the time they tried to sell the cannon on The Andy Griffith Show :-D
I love the old stores and bank you showed. If those walls could talk! I would like a blog of you crawling into bed and telling us what it's like sleeping in there and going everywhere like a bedtime story.Love your vlogs man!
Hi Adam! I hope you check out Hot Springs while you are in the area. Thanks for the daily pick-me-up!
Hey Adam! The Lennox factory is in Stuttgart Arkansas, and I can get you a tour if you'd like. It's also the duck hunting capital of the US.
Holy crap it's a Christmas miracle, Adam stepped foot in an abandoned building. Is there hope for new adamthewoo videos?
yeah it was a definite old school woo, was hoping he would have done more in depth exploring there!
I heard Adam saw a couple months ago that he is working on a new video for his old channel. It has to do with all these stops, across the country. If this is true then it would be very interesting
Adam ,that reminds me of Robin Williams in that comedy Rv ,where he is emptying his tank and runs into all them problems ha ha
You know you’re a real RVer when . . . you can eat a sandwich with one hand while dumping your tanks with the other.
for a vlog where u did the best hitchcock would be proud in a long time it had me cracking up.was very fitting that the bird did sound like the shower scene noise in psycho as youre in a creepy abandoned motel...the videos are getting better every day
Yay! View number, number of the beast. My favorite.
Love your vlogs. Have a great day Adam!
:-o
lol. You replied! My day just keeps getting better. : )
And incase you were wondering, I'm not a satanist. lol. Just a massive Horror/Sci-fi/Fantasy geek.
You're an awesome human, Adam The Woo. The world needs more people like you!
Till next time, peace out from New Brunswick, Canada.
I always enjoy your videos, such fascinating stories. You should have your own show on TV it would be an instant hit. Hope you come over to England sometime. Keep it up buddy.
Adam! Dude! Are you sure the downtown was on the left and the railroad on the right? What if YOU were driving the OTHER WAY? LOL!
We have the legend of the Chapel Hill Ghost Light, here in Chapel Hill, TN...Similar story but there was no fight. The guy was deaf, on the tracks and never heard the train coming. He was beheaded by the train, and they say that the light is from his lantern in which he is forever looking for his head.
Can't believe your in Arkansas! I recently moved from there, I miss it. Never really was anything to do there except throw sticks in the street :p
Since your in the state. Crossett,Arkansas has a ghost light which I actually saw in the 60's. Also Ft. Smith which was featured in True Grit and other movies. Home of the Hanging Judge Isaac Parker's court and the base of law enforcement in the Indian territories. The small two person railroad car is now called a "speeder". There are clubs that restore them and use them on old closed sections of track. In it's day it was used mostly for track inspection.
Good morning Adam! Make it a great day! !!!
Love you Adam. Thanks for everything
Adam, you need to come to McCordsville, IN and see the barber shop in the caboose, And it DOES have a pole!
My grandson just asked me "What's a Woo?" Well, I now know what a Hoo Hoo is... what's a Woo?
It doesn't matter which actual direction you are going. If the hwy has a west to east/east to west destination it will be even numbered. Interstate 55 runs north and south. Interstate 57 runs kind of NE and SW but is considered a north to south highway. I-40 runs Memphis to Knoxville which is considered west to east but runs almost due north and south at times.
Wow You're always teaching this old dog new tricks.Way interesting.Thank you
The on the building Was for Cardui Woman's Tonic and later pills for cramps. Best thing ever, but was discontinued in 1975. Now by RX only for prostateCancer pain.
OMG, back when I lived in Navarre, Ohio a couple years ago, we still had a video store/ tanning salon lol
Friends don't let friends dump poo w/out gloves. I wouldn't even touch that hazmat water hose w/out gloves.
Adam. I notice you have a little sticker residue on your driver side mirror. If you would like to get that off take a little WD-40 spray it right on there let it set for about 40 seconds and it should wipe right off with a clean paper towel.
