Misconception flying around saying that YG made the decision to hire a live band. That's all crap.
It was BIGBANG that wanted the live band. G-Dragon being a producer, wanted to re-arrange their music for their concerts. That's the reason why they started the hiring process before the Alive tour. The Band Six was also formed because of BIGBANG.
At first, they thought it was going to be a one-time gig. They didn't expect BIGBANG was that big. They ended up touring longer than they thought, even touring with G-Dragon after that. And somehow because of BIGBANG, they became a regular part of YG.

@@leilegion True... BB have the creative control of their music and career. They can also decide wether to appear on variety shows and TV interviews. I remembered before after they won the MTV Europe award they had a lot of invitations appearing on western TV but Gd declined most of it.

BIGBANG's concerts are my favorite concerts to be honest. The amount of hype and fun that happens is unbeatable. They can relax and have fun like the dorks they are, but they also give their everything into the performances. It's an amazing experience.

Its good that u enjoyed the show...but tell u what, this is only like 30%of their full percentage show...i really wish that after this pandemic over, u can go to their show one day to experience yourself...i promise both of u,u will not regret it!!... Happy to see both of u really fond of BB and really digging into their history whilst others fan started with younger group like BTS... can't blame them coz they maybe newest to kpop..but for OG like me started back frm 2009, BB is the living legend till now.... Love Song: Where else can you find a concert where there is no complete choreography but instead performing while working out? And enjoying themselves.. On Band Six, yap, they are the best.
