This is wonderful. I have come into a place of almost hyper-awareness and it definitely put me in a position of being fearful and insecure. I do not want to live that way anymore! We are free in Christ. He tells us who we are and what we need to be concerned about!

This was me for the past 7 years until last week. The lord has strengthened me in a great way
We praise the Lord with you for His strength and faithfulness in your life! 💜
"Limits that are fear motivated", wow! That spoke to me👐👐👐👐👐.
The timing of this!!Thank God because:
a) I am capable of so much more than even I know
b) God is CERTAINLY more capable of more than I know
c) God has equipped me with a skillset and imagination that will give HIM glory
Thank you for reminding me to be fearless
My goodness, this just spoke to me in many ways than one.
The Holy Spirit just reminded me this morning about who I was growing up as well.
I was that teenager who grew up in Nigeria and was determined to make a success of my life.
I had once accosted a University professor on a campus to plead that they change my course of study to General Medicine as against physiology. It was unheard of because those professors were like demi-gods 😆.
I had matched to a radio station before as a teenager as well to request a talk show host air me on his program so I could tell viewers to support my dreams to travel to the US to pursue my medical career.
I had also invested in multiple things and raked in thousands of dollars even before my first year in College. All these I did without a single person’s involvement.
I mean, I was fearless, bold, passionate and went after everything my heart decided upon. Fast forward years later, I got married to a Pastor’s wife. Guess what? The downward spiral began.
I completely lost myself to unrealistic expectations. It became so bad, I couldn’t even articulate again.
If I wanted to speak to people, I asked my husband to do it for me. If someone offends me, I asked him to speak to the person on my behalf.
I just felt I wasn’t good enough.
I couldn’t take initiatives on my own and I always needed validation as much as I needed air to breathe.
But then, this morning the Lord just took me on a journey back to the fearless me in my childhood and boom, I came across this video. Yeah, l see that life is getting indeed better and I am flying higher on the wings of the Spirit.

I relate so much with this, I was bound to fear after my mother passed on but thankfully God restored me.

Thank you for your message of courage! Ditto, hated people putting fear limits on me. It prevents us from moving forward, stepping out of our comfort zone and experiencing new things. God bless you courageous women of God. Please keep these 'women's bible studies" going. It reminds me of my old group of friends🙏
