I reported the livery decal issue to Microsoft a month ago. They said that it had been fixed and closed the ticket, but it still wasn't resolved in the big v1.2.7.0 update.

@ making all the scenery cloud based is one thing but also making all the aircraft cloud based as well I think is what’s causing a lot of issues. I think the livery is flashing like that cause it’s trying to load in but can’t because I don’t think it’s ready for 2024 yet. The cj4 was a 2020 aircraft and you know they had to disable all 2020 aircraft because they were not compatible yet.

They moved the cj4 over to 2024? I didn't know it was in the 2024 sim . I built a cj4 sim and thought I would have to stay on 2020.

You have to change units in the FMC options inside the plane (not the EFB).

@@crisk73 the UNITS has to be changed on the General setting of the SIM - Language - metric
Ah ok sorry I didn't recall it right. I actually have the hybrid units system in the sim.
The livery flashing like that only happens on the cj4 no other aircraft does this.
