  • Please enjoy this livestream Health and Wellbeing Meditation at 5:30pm U.S., E.T. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, May 22nd, with Mona Kaufmann and Julie Cowley.
    The structure of this meditation will be as follows:
    1. First we will use a Thought Field Therapy (TFT)* Tapping sequence that assists in removing any blocks that we may have toward the possibility of absolute health and wellbeing.
    2. Next we will state our focused intention expressed simply as the affirmation, "Here and now, in this moment, we are open to the possibility of absolute health and wellbeing."
    3. Then we will guide you into a 20-minute meditation. This will be a silent meditation (no speaking) accompanied by Synchronicity High-Tech Meditation Music.
    4. We will then conclude with another affirmation.
    5. A tapping sequence will follow that assists in integrating this experience, and then we'll complete the meditation.
