Bro One way shear check should be checked at d distance and two way shear is called Punching shear not one way and another thing is how will you check these stresses for shear walls in the raft foundation and how will you decide the drop panel size and thickness by checking stresses

In case isolated footing, we only provide bottom steel so we have to check stresses at bottom face

Check for shear failure, for one way or punching, use shear force (Vmax).

I drew only the grid of the building and i drew only one type of footing with same load condition in different grid point. Their displacement, bearing pressure is exactly same, but the slab design is totally different. HOW???

shear stresses might be different for those footing , that's why you're getting different reinforcement

Nothing is different, only the position is only different. I drew footing (exactly similar) one at right corner, other at left corner n other at mid. But also their slab design is different. How??

Misleading.. This clause is for punching check.. Not for one way shear check..
