I've always been hesitant to buy a huge tape runner like that one. I have one that is about half that size from Xyron. I love Xyron products. Misti is suing all of those companies that violate their patent on that kind of hinge stamp platform system. Good for them. But Misti is expensive and that is why so many people looked for alternatives. VersaFine Clair is awesome. You're correct. I have a lot of those colors. Thanks for telling us about the Crafter's Square tape. I had not heard of that. I will look for it.
I love Xyron products too, and I had that tape runner, but after I had to replace the tape (super expensive) it never worked well again! I kept buying more super expensive replacements, and then finally gave up! I must admit it was very smart to patent the MISTI, but the severe price gauging is offensive to me.

I so agree. No need to even try the other brands. I have a reinker but haven’t even needed to use it!
We have very similar tastes lol, only things I don't have are the tape runners (love my bearly arts glue) and Oxide inks (though I would like a rainbow selection one day). & yes! The Simon Hurley inks are fabulous lol thank you for sharing 😀
I use Bearly Arts with the tape runner actually, it gives me extra positioning time! It was really hard to choose, but I chose to include the tape runner because I've been using it for more than 10 years. I love the oxides, but can't comment on how they compare to Simon Hurly, because I don't have any of his inks. By the time he came on the scene I already had a good selection of oxides, catherine pooler, archival, and versafine claire...so no more ink for me! TFW and Happy New Year!

I think the Stablio are super fun! There are a few other craters I've seen that like them, but there are critical reviews for them out there as well. If you try them, post a review! TFW😊😊😊
Thank you, this was super helpful. I dont do scrapbooking often but went through 6 of the tombow tape replacements when I did a 1st year baby book for a friend so the ATG info was most helpful for me as I have been thinking about getting one since that happened

Been on the fence with the craft mat. Did you get yours on Amazon? I agree on the stamping tools. Misti is too expensive and the others work just as well. TFS
Hi Judy, Happy New Year. Thanks for stopping by. I've had the glass mat for years, pre-covid, but I think I ordered it on Joanns.com with a coupon. I'm not sure if those big 40% off coupons are around anymore. I do like the mat, but I think the black color makes it a little hard to see the colors I put down. If I'm able to use the white portion of the mat I do, So I would recommend it, its durable, easy to clean, etc, but I'm not sure it would be better than a white glass mat. I think WRMK makes one. I hope this helps😊😊😊
