A) They don't care if non-members see it.
B) The fact they don't own the song and the stream wasn't archived means TH-cam wont take this down for them.

I have to give credit to Maroon 5's songwriter(s), this is a great song when it's not got a dozen layers of cliche pop tuning to make it do well on the radio.
I'm not a big fan of maroon 5 but the original song is amazing too!
