Tails has always been my favorite sonic character from when i was a kid to now. Hes very fun to play as. I remembered playing this game as a kid and couldn't get to the final level cause i was stuck in wing fortress zone. Mainly because of the boss fight. But now, this year, i made it to the death egg zone and Almost beat the death egg robot. Going to give it one last shot. I already got all seven emeralds first try. I mostly failed on the second stage. But either way, this is a great game!

It's because in Sonic 2, the original one (he's playing the Remaster that was released to Cellphones and PCs) Tails wasn't able to fly, only when controlled by a second player i guess, this was fixed in Sonic 3&K, where Tails can fly when you're playing him

All these years and I don't think I ever knew chemical Plant Act 2 had secret hidden places for those special boxes. I remember playing this either alone or mostly with my next door neighbor/childhood friend for hours trying to complete Sonic 1 and 2. We always took it in turns to be either sonic (player 1) Tails (player 2) to work together as a team to compete with the boss and special stages. Aah, the memories. Also I did not know Tails can fly on his own when playing alone. Wow! Cool! My favorite stage was Casino Night. You guy know how to get debug mode just if you don't press SEGA then you will here swip left on both sides and it and swip up then you will get to level select go to sound test then enter 19921124 then you should here a ring sound and for Chaos emeralds 4126 and you should here sound wen you come out special stage hope you got it🎮😀

You can access hidden palace zone in the 2nd act of mystic cave zone by taking the very bottom route and jumping down in the pit. If you grab the green handle by it the bridge will block it off so be careful
