Congrats Mark. It's the same as this one I think. The wattage is mainly to heat water up to temperature, my advice is to heat water separately and that way save on the electricity bill ;)
Would you mind sharing me the mail-order site from which bought (if you bought online)? I am looking for 220V UK or EU version (Nano) but I to no avail. Looking forward. Thanks.
OMG You need an owners manual to give you instructions on how to remove a cap off of an ink pen too? Just do a little twist and a little pull! My suggestion to you is, if you do not know how to remove it's skirt, then you need to take the damned thing right the hell back where you purchased it. Amateur, wanna be cooks. Lol. I'm joke with you, but seriously, grab the head with one hand while your other hand grabs the skirt and turn it 1/4" clockwise then pull, yank and or a tug and it'll slide right on out. Oh, be sure the unit is unplugged, or not, that is if you wanna light up like a Christmas Tree. As much as the previous is a no brainer so is the following, do not go and grab on the damned thing the very second it is done cooking. Unless you want to end up with 2and or possibly 3rd degree burns.
I just got the 1,000W version. It's fantastic.

@@captainfallsalotatppic2508 This one is not as easy to detach as the one in the Vimeo video. They are two different models.
