dude is right. eddie's death broke chris and he never got a chance to properly mourn for his best friend. not making excuses for what he did.
as paul heyman once said "3 people died in that house. only one of them had a choice in the matter".
on the brightside, after this happened, the E instituted the wellness policy, which required wrestlers to undergo random drug tests. it also made wrestling and sports as a whole to take concussions more seriously, thus when a wrestler gets a concussion, they are given strict protocalls afterwards and taken off tv to properly recover. its just a shame these had to happen at the expense of a mother and her son.
FACTS I am a wrestling fan as well and this was a tragic situation all around and is basically the catalyst for the wwe turning PG and also have you watched the dark side of the ring two part episode on chris benoit because I recommend it as it gives you more insight into the situation.
fr tho. drugs and CTE are huge factors in all sports, and while drug testing is very common, CTE sometimes still isn't taken very seriously. dunno why but there's still people out there in sports today who get severe concussions and they just dont treat it as seriously as it needs to be. the amount of people who have hearts of gold that get into sports, dont do drugs, but they change for the worse and develop anger issues and violent outbursts after getting a traumatic head injury is staggering. didnt Benoit's brain look like a senior's when they did an autopsy? edit: just saw that the video covered that. didnt just look like a senior's but an alzheimers patient's?? god
The video of what Benoit shot 2 years prior is crazy. I never saw that. Even if its just a coincidence, holy.
39:22 indeed he did... and that was basically the straw that broke the camel's back, because Eddie and Chris were like brothers. Chris' brain looked like that of a severe alzheimer's sufferer upon autopsy.

FYI...As for the NEWS CHOPPER CRASH...I believe All protocol changed in most cities where 1 crew is tasked to film these incidents and all the news stations share the same feed in order to avoid any air traffic chaos

I'm pretty sure the way 'my wife and son won't be watching cause I'm going to do something so awful' comment is probably meant like 'I'm going to do something so terrifying in the ring they won't want to watch the match'. Esp since his persona in the ring, from what I can find, was as a 'heel', aka the bad guy. So now I don't think it was meant to reference what would go on to happen years later. It was just him playing into being the villain and being all 'rawr I'm going to do something awful cause I'm so eeeevil'

To answer Cee question about no one questioning the dudes line at 41:50, he was saying that his family wont be watching him to cheer him on like usual, as he will do something unthinkable to his opponent in the ring😂 but with retrospect of his murders it sounds different today

I was around the same age of the oldest kids/v'ct'ms (at the time also in the UK) of the Mr. & Mrs. P UK House Fire that happened in 2012 and I wanted to add more context to the story and an update about the m'rderers today (in-case anybody wanted to know extra)
5/6 kids (1 girl, 4 boys) d'ed the morning it happened while the oldest kid (13, boy) d'ed in hospital 3 days after the blaze
The wife/Mrs. P was sentenced to 17 yrs and released on licence in 2020 after serving half of her sentence (which is imo is f'in disgusting)
The friend who helped them cause the awful act was sentenced to 17 yrs only to just be released in 2021 after serving half of his sentence but returned to pr'son in 2022 after breaching his paro'e conditions (even though he was the one to pour the gas in the 1st place...)
Yet the husband/Mr. P was sentenced to a minimum of 15 years and I believe is still locked up (he also apparently has around 18 kids, not 15, but I saw that info on Wikipedia so take it with a grain of salt.)
Oh and they weren't even sentenced to m'ering the kids, they all got MANS'AUGHTER (which is bs imo)
So a little more insight into the middair helicopter collision from what i heard:
They did mention it was in the late 90s and by then it was common for pilots to also be in control of the camera as well which is what most likely resulted in the negligence of keeping awareness of their surroundings. It was only after the accident where they placed regulations which carried to this day on having both respective positions be completely separate of each other and not coincide as it could cause another accident like this to happen again.

he wanted to get a bigger house and with more kids in the house, (in the uk) the government give you more money. there’s a lot more details in this case, it’s truly shocking.
for example, the community set up a go fund me for the funeral costs, but both ‘parents’ had went on a shopping spree buying unnecessary stuff whilst one of their sons was in the hospital dying.

Question, to everyone. I know the helicopter one was an unfortunate accident but if you were the families of the victims, would harbor massive hatred for the fugitive running from the police? Kokichi ouma is from a game series and anime called Danganronpa, in the game, 16 students are placed in a killing game. All of the students are the best at what they do/ ultimate students. Example: "Ultimate Popstar", " Ultimate Fashionista" , etc. Kokichi is the "Ultimate Supreme leader". He has a habit of acting childish, Lying and manipulating. He's also a compulsive liar:)
