Picked up UG1 on the PS2 around a month ago to replay it
Found one, unused, still in the original plastic wrap. The price? The equivalent of a dollar. Can't really compete with that much value
I prefer it on the PC, because there are mods to make it support higher resolutions. But damn, this game is still so good.

I would have kept that as an investment, and brought a used one, or the PC version. I think the console version sucks, because of the motion-blur you can't turn off, and no hood perspective. But I wouldn't be surprised if an unused console copy would sell for $100 or more.

It's actually more frustrating, a month ago I was replaying UG and the same thing happened to me in the final stage of drag race, got so angry I rage quitted it
Honestly, when I saw cars in Heat stopping in the middle of the intersection and then drive off once you're past them, I thought it was a UG1 reference, like they did it on purpose as a throwback.

Anyone notice going from stage 2 to 3 for the Supra engine takes it from a twin turbo to a big single turbo set up? 6:35
Edit: And for some reason you get back the stock fan shroud when you go to stage 3 lol.

NFS: UG1 is simply better then UG2-Pro Street. Just an simple and fun arcade racing game that anyone can get into. That's what NFS is to me.
It's only better than Pro Street. UG1 is the weakest of the first 10 NFS games.

hey kuru when you are going to play underground 1& 2 put difficulty on medium beacuse when you olay on easy you drive too well and cars always rubberbands to catch you but the system is so old and bad taht most of the rubberband never stops in medium drivers get semi competent so they less prone to rubberband in hard they just drive perfect love your content

I started play it(underground) 2 days ago on my mobile... Yeah mobile and the 3 things I think everyone hate is rubber band, crash physics(I f-ing flip over every f-ing time) and circuits man compared to all the other races circuits are so hard especially 6 lap one I personally played getting over it but didn't rage but this game...its scares me!
