legalization process, paperwork NOT in order? I wouldn't trust it, even though the vendors say they will pay for eventual costs. If they don't keep their promise, you'd have to start litigating. And by then the vendors will probably have left the country already. Especially when you're a foreigner buying into another country, that's not something to look forward to. If not, this would be on my shortlist, but now I'm erasing it from my memory. Sorry.

We feel being transparent about it is more important. Other agents offer this property, and they say absolutely NOTHING about the house's legal situation!

In Turkey you can't find a house as this at this price
In the uk you would get a shoebox for that amount and plenty of rain.

Have you been to the uk? You would get a shoebox for that amount and rain for most of the year. That is a bargain. I wish I had some spare cash.
