Not that I am aware of. I haven't done it, take me several hours to get any real progress, so not a run I plan to do.
There are those who streamed hours of the game, though not sure if they done it to the one sin or the golden samurai (last boss).
the channel "dothacknetwork" has a lot of streams and gets to One Sin and the final boss. But not a run specifically.

In the first dungeon you can actually tell big daddy bear to use a sprite ocarina by pressing square.
