I agree whole heartedly. I do not watch lives on any channel. They are too hard to follow along with and the hosts are constantly stopping their line of thought and conversation to "shout out" to someone. Most of them run Way too long as well.
Zeb- Martha Stewart taught me to place a layer of paper towels over wax and then run an iron over it. It works! For fabric, use a layer of paper towels on both sides (underneath and on top) then iron. It helps absorb the wax from both sides of the fabric. And I, yes me, found out that I could heat a bowl (with handles for safety) of water in the microwave and place the waxy item in it for a few minutes and it wipes off pretty good with paper towels!
My pink crock didn't get to stay pink, but I did tear up a little when I saw the word Faith with the pink rose! I absolutely love it! Thank you both💖💖💖 This was a great little video. Looking forward to seeing more like it.
Hi Jami and Zeb. Such a great job on all the pieces the 2 of u did in the video. The roosters, the pots, the rooster floor box. Luved them all. Great job!
I could watch you paint alllll day looong!!! Why is it so relaxing??? Also super fun to watch you finish up all the treasures from Saturday Night Thrift Haul! Love it!! Those really roosters are awesome!!!!
You two work amazingly well together! Enjoy watching your makeovers - BEAUTIFUL! Have subscribed to yr channel n will binge watch your past videos this eve :)
Excellent teamwork. Great tips! It’s astounding how you convert these so-so items into objects that are so lovely! Miraculous! Thank you for sharing 💕🌷🦋
Great video. How did you finish the glass jars? Will they handle a little dusting? Are the steps for glass, DIY paint, stencil, and clear wax? So pretty, I'd like to recreate something like it with your products. Thank you.
Just found you through a viewer recommendation on another TH-cam channel & I’m so glad! Loved watching you two work & appreciate that you explain the “how to” of your projects. Definitely subscribing!🥰
And..... seal your transfer (when you put it on dishes) with dishwasher safe ModPodge. It just needs to be over the transfer, not the entire dish, and two coats are fine.
I can't describe how much you guys have inspired me to rehaul stuff I find.. I've always painted stuff but ever since I stumbled upon DIYpaint I've decided I want to start my journey in this type of business. I'm a 34 year old gay guy in WV and I work for AT&T but it's so stressful and exhausting, painting and crafts are not only my therapy but literally what I think of when I wake up and when I go to sleep! I really love your videos, I've even ordered paint from you guys on ur website! I wanna get some good brushes to use, but I'm not sure which ones to pick up.. are any of them long lasting?.. I thought about picking up some paint pixie , there's also a brand from the netherlands that look super cool and well made.. thanks for the inspiration.
Jami: “I don’t always follow the rules”. 🤣 Zeb it’s so great to see you so wholeheartedly embrace working on the design elements, not just the power tools and fixes. You are a Renaissance man. JRV is obviously a wonderful collaboration not just between you two but the whole lovely crew family as well. Great tips. Love the new stencils, congrats. 😘❤️👏👏
I really enjoy watching you and Zeb working together so well!....never had that when I was married....God has blessed you both!.....thank you for sharing your videos!

While watching all of the progress on the house was interesting, it's been nice since you two have had the time to do other stuff. You guys seem so relaxed. I'm talking like i know you personally. I had a heavy stone rooster in my herb garden years ago.. and got rid of it when we made a move. I've regretted it since! All your projects turned out really darling! Loved the video (*like the old days!) and the Pro Tips..especially the "foot rub" one!!! 😂❤ thx!
Everything looks great !!! I need to buy some paint....I have a very old vintage trunk that is red ....I'd like a lighter color. Would I have to strip it first ? I hope not lol ☺
