    This analysis of your process was extremely helpful and gave me an entire new way to approach my card making. Thank you, I have always pre-did cut all the images if my dies and created a reference sheet, this now teaches me to bring that thought process forward more, giving me more yield.

    Lynn from Australia here. OMG Robin - YOU ARE THE SAMPLE QUEEN!!! Firstly, I found this video so informative and interesting. Seeing your process of how you work with a set, trying all different ideas - never done that. The page where you stamp every image, die cut every die - never done that. Using the templates to create your OSW - never done that. This was so useful. And of course, your trade-mark - SAMPLES BY THE BUCKETFUL!!! You are awesome girl. Thank you so much. Love and hugs. Lynn

    I am so excited about how you showed us how to make our very own stamped OSW. SO COOL. I am unable to do your system, However I HAVE OVER 2600 stamp sets and over 700 dies so I have sets I love but have not used before because I forget what I have. So I am currently copying and pasting each set into categories and if the set can be for various categories than a copy of that verbiage or stamp goes into that category along with the matching Dies. My plan is to print out my categories and make them into binders so if I need something for a birthday, I can pull that binder out or look in my computer to see what stamp or die I would want to use.
    My husband made me a beautiful desk and one drawer is dedicated to dies that I would use most often (as well as it says what stamp set it goes to).
    It’s a lot of work but I think it will benefit me in the end. Everything is also in a spreadsheet with pictures and where that particular stamp or die is stored as well and if it matches a stamp or die set.
    I can’t thank you enough for your wonderful tutorials. Thank you 🙏🏻

    Dear Robin, I was so happy when I saw this video by you (for some reason, I do not get any notifications by YT. Nothing! Nada! Never ever! Perhaps YT's algorithm is stymied because I've got so many subscriptions?), but anyway, I got to see the replay and decided to do my homework (idea by Jay from Mitosu ctafts, 1/2 of a pair of demos based in the UK): trace all dies! Oh, how I'd love to be able to get Stamp&Storage in Europe, too, but import taxes take away all the fun. Magnetic sheets are available, but they are so floppy ... And then I discovered, that my dies hadn't been delivered!
    I did get the Daisy Suite, though! Could you guess all the shades Gerber Daisies have? I certainly can't, there are just too many!
    So, for the OSW you're showing, would it be too tough to go to the Metric A4? After watching many OSWs by Ruth Trice (artfulstampingwithtruth, also a UK based demo), I thought I could do that too! So I purchased an 2nd Stamp&Pierce mat. Didn't work, but with your diagrams? It SHOULD work, so thanks a MILLION, Robin! And I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your results!

    • @reallyrobinstamps
      @reallyrobinstamps  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Ineke! Thank you for your message! Great tip about tracing the dies for more information. I will consider trying to give metric dimensions but would be afraid to mess it up (because of how my brain works) Ruth Trice does amazing work - she is an inspiration!

    This is really helpful! Thanks a bunch! So often, especially with the photopolymère stamps, I can’t really see what they say! Great ideas and cute cards!

      I would love to see your creations too! You could email me a picture? If you are on Facebook, I have a group for stampers and we share our creations there. 😁 All information is in the description box under each video.

      Such a good question I should have addressed! I store them in a 3 ring binder in page protectors. 😊

    What is masking?

      Maksing is a technique where you cover something you already stamped with a sticky note cut to the same size as your stamped image and then stamp over the paper with another image to make it appear to be underneath the first image.
