Yield: 15 tart shells (tart mold of 6.5 cm) and 12 bite size tart shells (tart mold of 2.5 cm)
Note: Bake in a preheated oven at 350 ℉ (176℃) for 15-18 minutes
Tart shells Ingredients:
4 oz. (115 g) unsalted butter, softened
2/3 cup (122 g) sugar
1 large egg
2 cups (265 g) all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon of salt
Additional items needed:
12 tart molds of 6.5 cm
12 mini tart molds of 2.5 cm

撻皮材料:
牛油 4 安士 (115 克)
砂糖 2/3 杯 (122 克)
蛋 1 隻
