- We did the Philadelphia Funduro on the big bikes this past weekend and will be posting some youtube shorts videos of some of the action that took place on our ride. This will be extra footage in addition to the main Funduro video which will be published soon as well. This clip is at a muddy river crossing which provided lots of entertainment, as you will see in the upcoming short clips.

@@eugenevockerodt8752 that mud was super slippery, if you touch the throttle the back wheel overtakes you. Will post a little shorts video of Keith doing just that, riding aggressively, and the result😀

Surprised the KTM's cams & bearings lasted that long.
Rule No.1: slow down when declining. If one bound to fall, release the throttle at once and balance oneself. If one bound to sink, full throttle--gradually until the bike starts moving forward
That situation is hell for big heavy bikes. It's mainly down to skill and tyres, but well done old KTM!
I saw that result coming before the AT rider even took off. Limited confidence in that newer rider!

You say it as a joke but there is an answer to that... That's why new bikes have "riding modes"... BMW has very friendly noob modes... So its not that hard to ride them even as a beginner in the right mode... Honda and Yamaha suck at riding modes... So they are very skill and experience demanding bikes...

I always have an engine note comp at any bog hole. KTM. I was actually shocked at how pathetic the Honda sounded. I own 2003 KTM525ECXC. Fully Rebuilt once. But it only needed valves. Replaced Titanium with Stainless steel. They will last probably 4 times longer I guess. So it would be a perfect long distance adventurer with a big tank and some racks an wot not.
I’m surprised the KTM did not seize its engine or something worse !
I have a KTM 990 and a Tenere T7 WR. Night and day offroad. T7 so much easier and more enjoyable and capable offroad
