Hi brother, currently i am taking 2nd program in canada and my visa is going to expire in jan 2025. I will finish my study on oct and then can apply for pgwp. But i applied for my wife sowp on dec 1 2023, and still we are not getting any decision. I heard that if the spouse visa (person in canada) is less than 6 months, Ircc reject the visa due to shorter time frame. So, in this case, is there any way that i can say Ircc that even after completing my study on oct, i can apply for pgwp so that they wont reject our file due to less than six month duration cause.?
