I feel like Witch Hunter's main thing, his Mob, is easily intercepted. You can easily do things like sound or zap to take out his mob quickly, and there's nothing he can really do to stop it. Also, I think that the mob cogs that aren't in the battle seem intimidating enough.
Witch Hunter is bar none the most cut & dry manager right now. Prestige Sound and Trap absolutely wipes the most annoying part of the fight, the Executive Advocate that spawns with each Mob Mentality. Sound also just absolutely crushes his mob, leading to Hivemind never really becoming a problem. Obviously they tried to buff WH to compensate, but ended up overstepping a bit. I hope they somehow find a nice balance with how WH works in the near future.
i absolutely agree on your chainsaw opinion, but im also really happy you didn't let your frustration set where you placed him. it is indeed a masterpiece of a fight.

Pacesetter is what really got me excited to get back into TTCC, I absolutely adore him. So much so that I’ve been using his theme songs during my exercises and it really helps. Also, love that you didn’t let your biases get in your way of the tierlist. I’ve seen boss ranking videos for different games where the persons biases really gets in their way, putting amazing fights at the bottom because they were just a little too difficult for them.
I don't think enough people comment on just how unremarkable Major Player's fight is when you really get down to its mechanics, so it's nice to see that criticism here. I love Major Player's personality just as much as the next guy, but gameplay and strategy wise his battle is really lacking. BUT I'm pretty mixed about Chainsaw's placement here. It's a well thought out boss, but perhaps a bit too well thought out for its own good. If there isn't someone there that knows EXACTLY how certain cheats activate, you're essentially just wasting your time attempting the boss because of how detrimental the cheats can be. With how much research and prior knowledge you need to be aware of beforehand, he's basically if US History class was a Toontown boss. It's not exactly my idea of an enjoyable manager fight
There's so much stuff packed into Chainsaw: his plethora of cheats, a tsunami of high level adds over and over that makes Litigator's reinforcement cheats look like a trickle, and the fight-ending cheat that's a pain if you rng your way into it. Now I'm all for bosses that you can't just cheese or brute force your way through like you can Prethinker, Firestarter, Mouthpiece etc. It just feels like it's over-the-top complex compared to the rest of toontown's content. It's so good that it's a bad fit for this game. I'm still looking forward to fighting it though
The main things to know about chainsaw are: 1. Always kill a cog to prevent Cut the Slack when he's able to do it but not do marked wood 2. Remember that 1 hit, 4 hits (lure not counting), and using a IOU trigger marked wood 3. That Chainlink is caused by either every toon hitting him or killing all the cogs 4. That damaging a cog but not killing it causes offboarding AND aggrandize (ie don't use squirt in phase 2 unless he's linked, also he will aggrandize if he tries to use sparkplug twice in a row) 5. That layoffs does x4 the cogs lvl with the max damage from non Cut the Slack cogs being 60 laff

Excellent list and I agree with most of the opinions here. Although I disagree with Multislacker as I personally find his battle more annoying than fun. Witch Hunter is pretty repetitive almost as mush as Prethinker, once you know how to use the trap and sound trick, you basically understand how he works. But I'd rather fight Witch Hunter again than Multislacker.
Seeing how fun corporate clash looks I really want to play again. Mulislacker is favorite tho just a guy who lazy and love sandwiches like me also strangely when I look at him kinda reminds of Sans.
