Thanks. Not all the lights are smart light setup. Usually depends on the usage frequency. The light fittings in this apartment can easily add a receiver in future if need to.

In the common bathroom, I saw you are doing drop down floor for the shower area, is this allowed by hdb for new bto?
For BTOs, the tiler needs to raise the dry area higher to achieve the drop down at the shower area.
