This new version of the 2-room flats includes an extra space that is not walled up; it's called a study on the floor plan, and is meant to be flexible, ie can be an actual study or workspace, or yoga space, as is decorated in this instance, but it can also be walled up to become the extra bedroom, eg for a domestic aide, or additional family member. For me, it's a great plus. What do u think of it?

The floor plan design of the Tengah Glen 2-room flexi flat that I will be collecting house keys in Jan 2025 is this design. Thus, I am currently in the midst of planning on how to manage my storage & furniture layouts within the limited space. As I prefer to manage my house interior concept on my own, thus I engaged carpentry services cum renovation services without ID, and hence I need to do more research on my own on areas which I need more knowledge to be able to assess the pros & cons of whatever options of the respective areas prior to deciding which option to select. So far I personally find it an interesting learning journey despite that more time & efforts.

Whatever room you buy, no matter how good and well equipped it is, it will never have any real value if you don't have good neighbors. (and that's something you will never know from showrooms.
