I have been to the Oxford exchange many times and it is a beautiful setting that like you said speaks for itself. My daughter just got engaged this weekend and is looking for some thing unique, beautiful that will hold about 170 and not break the bank.
I'm so glad you enjoyed it and congratulations on your daughter's engagement! Oxford Exchange is one of my absolute faves for brunch. I will say that the Howey Mansion checked all of our boxes during our wedding planning in 2020/2021. While we had a smaller wedding of around 50 guests, their capacity would definitely fit 170 people. Compared to other venues in South and Central Florida, the Howey Mansion offered more services in their site fee while staying more budget-friendly 🤍
I'm looking for FL wedding venues now, and as a native Floridian from Sarasota it made me smile to see Ringling in there :) My Fiance's parents actually got married there!

The rates and information listed in the video reflect research done in early 2022, so the venues may have changed them since then. From what I’ve seen, the Howey Mansion currently has rates ranging from $3k to $6.5k depending on the package and day of the week. Casa Feliz currently can accommodate up to 120 guests outdoors and 80 guests indoors. Hope this helps 🤍
@@thespencersoiree yup :) thank you. I said 5500 for a weekend wedding so they do offer discounted rates but that's the starting rate for a Saturday. I'm planning for a Sunday right now. And yes, casa feliz is 120 if including outdoors and indoors. All good options in this video :)
