Lol but i have a friend who did. She recommends it.

She said "one thing you can't control is time but 1 thing you can control is what you do with it, if you do what makes you happy no matter what others think... you will age beautifully, time doesn't matter and aging is inevitably but if you are gonna get wrinkles let them smile lines be the deepest" I paraphrased but I hope you get the point

This is easier said than done though when you want children within a marriage with a good partner. There's an age restriction on us for having children, so we naturally compete within that time frame to find the best partner. Like Loni said, after their children are raised is when most women get a restart and finally can live their lives without the pressure. If women were confident that we could have children later without paying for technology AND we weren't valued for our youthful beauty (notice the first thing Tamera and the rest of the ladies say when an older woman is posted is "She looks great!", cause holding on to our youthful look is the accomplishment that we're constantly told makes us great), then we would be a lot less competitive when we're young and as we're aging. We would know that we'd have options beyond our youth and can start just-living-life earlier.
I honestly love the fact that once you get older... you usually find out more about yourself as well as are willing to explore when it comes to evolving and wanting to try and achieve more than you imagined ! It’s up to you to do as much as you can , but that doesn’t mean rush it means to do what you can live and love and learn even more than you ever have and just live in the moment every time you do something new !
40 was an incredible decade. I had the best of time. I was old enough to know, and young enough to still do. Its the freeing age. There is nothing to hold you back. My kids were grown. My career was stable. I had the best time. 50. Its just as good, in a different way. You learn so much between 30 and 50. By then you absolutely know who you are. What you want and just how to achieve it.
I wish my mom had this attitude. She's been upset ever since I left for college at 18 even though I still call her almost every nignt. Her life revolves me according to her, which makes no sense because I also have 2 other siblings and she still has my dad lol. Kinda dragging me down and I feel guilty living my own life. Wow I'm turning 28 next month and I am still trying to embrace being 27. Birthdays are a blessing, and I look forward (if the Lord lets me) to completing another year. I've learned that failure in college doesn't define me, but to keep trying and doing my best. Statistics is hard, but I'll try to get that A in the class so I can graduate!! God bless.
At 45 my mindset has changed. I was told that I had an old sole in my teenage years but at the age I'm at now, so much wisdom. I'm still learning and welcoming it. Ahhh the maturity...I wouldn't change it for the world. I wasn't wild in my teens, an introvert and still am (my mother called me boring - lol). However in my mid to late 20s and forward I started to experience more, which is what I needed. It has rounded me out. So I learned to use my introversion wisely. It's made me the strong woman I am inwardly. I wouldn't change that for the world.

I think it's not just maturity at the age of 40/50/60/etc. that makes you realise how dope you are. You have achieved all of your primary needs and a lot of/some things you wanted. So, then, you just have more energy and time to reflect on yourself. When your primary needs are not met, you don't necessarily think about how dope you are cause you're trying to make a life for yourself, to secure a future while working on a present, you're learning, you're afraid cause you feel powerless a lot of times. That's why I feel that maturity doesn't just come with age, it comes mostly through life experience and life experience doesn't just come with age.

Yes celebrities have access to treatments and chefs and trainers, imagine what everyday people can do when you find what little things you can afford and fit into your day. Celeb or not, we all have 24 hours to make time for a mask while preparing for bed, time to do some lunges up and down the stairs before your day starts, time prioritize eating better or make sacrifices for better quality stuff and cooking not only for hydrated skin and youthfulness but ENERGY and nutrients. Find a self care routine that works for you to make your insides flourish, the outside will match it in one way or another.
