If your having a hard time finding the template he mentioned click the link in the description for the tumblers it’ll bring you to their product page and scroll down and look for downloads and the templates are there.

Just to clarify what Dee Ryan says about the location of the template... Navigate to the product page (16oz or 20oz tumblers). There are three hyperlinks in the video description. Two of them are for the tumbler product page on their website. Once at the product page, scan the PRODUCT DESCRIPTION for information TABS. The tabs are named "OVERVIEW, DETAILS, AND FINALLY DOWNLOADS. The template size seems to be married to the size of the tumbler you navigated to on their website. I hope this helps you find the DOWNLOADS button faster than I did.

If the shrink wrap is melting off in the oven is the temp too high? I'm assuming it is but I new to this and was wondering why sometimes it will pull apart and most of the cup isn't shrink wrapped any more! Very helpful video!

What if you sublimate the tumbler without the shrink wrap? Am I correct in thinking that the shrink wrap comes OFF the tumbler with the sublimation paper after being in the heat press? The shrink wrap is just to hold the design tightly on the tumbler?

No problem! "Bleed" means we print the image just a little larger than the area we're pressing to...in this case, just a little bigger than the area that's available on the tumbler. This allows us you to make sure you're getting full and complete coverage.
