I love this! the bun that has thin flour and A LOT of filling! hehe (Instead of a quail egg, I prefer salted yolk egg, more fatty! 🤤) This can't be my dinner because I will eat a lot! and I'll be chubby! 🤣 Thank you for the yummy recipe ka. You re right, there s variations in dough and filling in different buns I ve tried-- your dough looks softer, is it because u used yeast, or is the secret more in using the right flour; I also prefer that u used more filling than the dough. I m not sure I can fill it as much as u did and manage to flute it and close it as well as u did ! Thank you for the delightful video : ))
Thank you Anna. There are so many delicious kinds of steamed buns out there. Some are fluffier and softer than this version here. The type of flour definitely affects the fluffiness for sure. One with lower protein content works best. I've also tried this with cake flour, which came out good too. Thank you so much 😊 Have a good day!
