The best spot to farm runes is near the "Palace Approach Ledge Road" site of grace in Mohg's territory. Kill a group of albinaurics. Use Golden Scarab Talisman and Sacred Relic Sword to get the job done quickly. Also, you get much more runes after killing an enemy in new game+. I think new game+ 7 gives you the highest amount of rune drop.
faith has literally 4 times more variety in spells and equipment. Excluding the numerous forms of damage and numerous types of spells you're not even considering the buffs, status effects and healing that faith spells have to offer

How long does it takes to reach level 713? I'm still on RL 360, and where did you farm the runes? Or you just kill the bosses on each playthrough?
