Updates from the 2nd weekend: -Worms and dirt funnel cake was excellent. The chocolate funnel cake and the raspberry paired perfectly. The cookies and cream frosting was a little too rich though. -Bloodshed house was improved from last week. There were more actors in the maze, and it didn't feel empty like before. I still think this is one of the weakest houses. -Park was more crowded than I have ever seen. Try to come as early as possible and use the "stay and scream" policy mentioned if you have gold pass.
Holding area is the way to go, even with just a valleyscare ticket you can get in at 5:30pm and ride steel venom and a couple other rides, plus skip the traffic
Most of the houses are way better now, I went the second week and it was way more scary than the first week. The houses are scary but make sure you don’t go through with huge lines only your group

@@CoasterRanger hey...gold pass here, what's this stay and scream?
@@billchief397 you can enter the Route 76 area directly from the parking lot from 5:30 to about 6:45.

I work in chateau! Glad you had a good time at the park ! Hope you visit again and we get to scare you again ! 😇👻
Had a great time this weekend. Aka glowstick septum guy. Lol everyone was amazing and great organization and security. Really well done everyone.
I absolutely loved watching people interacting with the pumpkin! It was an unexpected favorite from my first visit this year!
Super happy ValleyScare is back! Really missed going. My wife and I will for sure be heading back in a few weeks!
Have fun!
Fun little fact, a friend of mine did the animation packages for the haunt talking Patch the pumpkin. Howdy from CGA.
I think it's a fun thing to have at the event. Banghowdy!
I'm actually working CarnEvil this year. Wasn't there opening night because I was at SCarowinds. But good thing to hear that my zone is well-received.
Cannot wait to be back, 2019 was amazing. Also going to adventureland to check out phantom fest yay

Crap I’m terrified I’m going in a week
I’m so excited I’m going tonight
Are the normal rides still open during valley scare nights? For example is power tower open to ride during the night on friday or saturday?
Yes most normal rides are open
Ok so you can hang out at 76 until the scare opens Saturday?
Yes, if you enter through the temporary entrance in the parking lot.
@CoasterRanger hey thanks! Going there Friday and Saturday.
@@billchief397 Have fun!
Anyone know how the lines will be? Fast pass worth it?
For Saturday it could be worth it if you have the money.
Does anyone recommend fast pass for valley scare?
The Fright Lane might be worth it for a Saturday. You should be able to see all the houses one time without it, though.
@@CoasterRangerwill it be needed for Friday?
@@Lordprettyflackojodi No, I haven't seen very long lines on Fridays, usually.
Is this too scary for 9/10 year old
It is hard to tell as some will be fine with it, while others would freak out
