Laura talks with Joe about her divorce and Scotty. Luke realizes what must be going on and makes a plan to meet up with her in case the news is bad.

I know Lee loves Scott but he needs to chill when it comes to Laura...I guess he found piece with her,,I remember he and Gail were at their wedding!

Yes, Scotty....he got pretty strange there for a while, seemed vengeful and very angry. Fortunately all went well.

No, I think Luke said "Of course, Scotty." in response to Rick's question about what Laura was thinking about. And the idea of her having to go see him ALONE in Mexico just gives me the creeps! Eewwwww!
Its one of the few times Luke calls him Scotty. He usually calls him Scott.

Don't you think it's a little selfish of Laura to react to Joe's telling her that Scotty is despairing by saying, "So you mean he won't give me a divorce?" There are times when the spoiled little girl comes out, and it seems like this is one
Not really the “spoiled brat”, more like the strong determined woman, she has bcome.

I don't think she is being a spoiled brat. I think she was just scared of not being given a divorce. She is just trying to find out how many hurdles are left to go over.

See Lee? Laura does care! Joe says that Scotty is empty. Poor Scotty. :( What did Luke say after Rick said what was Laura thinking the whole time on the plane? Did Luke say poor Scotty? Come on Laura it's not a big deal. Go see Scotty and talk to him. And for selfish reasons I miss Scotty so I want to see him. :)

I wonder if TPTB would have ever paired Laura and Joe if Luke hadn't come along. Not that I want them together because Luke and Laura are phenomenal but I do wonder if they would have been paired sooner or later.

Scott actually killed Rick Webber,and let Luke take the fall after Laura lost her mind.In one of Laura's lucid moments she told.LuLu she didn't kill Rick and Lu promised to find out who did.I don't know if that truth ever came out except Scotty did have a tape that Laura did confess she did it when she was losing her mind.She told Scott Luke didn't do it.I think that tape came to light,but I don't know about the truth about Scott.I think if it had, Luke would have killed him for what it did to Laura.
That was so annoying. Laura knew but they never went beyond that. It was pathetic. So many people wanted it to play out. But new regime in charge didn't care.
Scott is a thug. I could never stand him. 🤮
WIth GF bouncing in and out of GH stories, I guess it didn't seem to matter the fans wanting or needing closure.

They let Robert,Luke & his Laura into shark in feasted waters it’s not such a stretch to let Laura go to see Scott in Mexico all by her lone some? HELLO that goes without saying. It can’t be that dark......only when it has too! JMVHO. Rosie out!
She should have brought Luke with her to see Joe. Very odd that she chose not to. And it's absolutely absurd that she didn't bring Luke with her to Mexico. She could meet with Scotty alone. Then they could vacation in Mexico and wait for the divorce decree and bring it back with them for Christ's sake. Just stupid writing. Laura is so snotty to Luke at Joes office. Her entire attitude is different already. Wtf?
At this point and time Gloria Monty had no intention of letting Luke and Laura get married. Genie had decided in September to not renew her contract after her near overdose and being told by a producer that no one cared if she died or not because Luke was the whole show. Elizabeth Taylor contacted Gloria and begged for a wedding and said she would guest star. Hence, Helena Cassadine was created.
