This is an interesting idea, but needs a lot of polishing, better videos or slides to be more authentic. Also, you don't include enough dialog and credit the Endocrinologist, which would be more compelling and believable. Where is the Call to action too? I have tried Pictory, but find in rather clunky and not really user friendly. Descript or Invideo is much better. Perhaps also pull in more footage from Pixabay or Pexels. Maybe even record an actual video. Don't mean to be a critic, but no one is going to be convinced to spend $400 without a professional pitch and to trust you.

Reading it transformed my life. I am no guru, mentor, or influencer. I shun public attention and put no value on followers. I will not respond to inquiries. If you truly desire transformation, read on.
When you were a baby you were driven to explore your world. So you learned how to walk and climb. You fell down many times. Sometimes it hurt and you cried. Sometimes there was someone there to hold you up. Most of the time you were alone. But you always got back up and figured it out. On your own. *No one* could've stopped you.
Fear: Fear is a powerful part of being human. It's meant to drive you into action. To run. To fight. It makes you alert, faster, stronger, and much more determined. The bravest people in the world were all terrified in their moment. Being brave is *choosing* to run *towards* what you fear, not being ruled by it.
Allowing fear to paralyze you, is you telling yourself that you're unworthy. One's sense of worthiness is the result of thoughts, deeds, choices, sacrifices. Or paralyzing fear is wishing for someone to save you. No one will save you from yourself.
No one can.

* Be fiercely clear on what it is that you want. When you were a baby, you wanted to walk with the intensity of a burning star. You *made* walking your new reality, bumps and scrapes and all! Don't just say "be rich", that's lazy. Do the 7 why's exercise (google it).
* Begin a journal. You're on a journey now, without a record you have no means of worthwhile reflection. Begin your day writing down one thing you will do to get what you want. Explain why you are doing this, and how it will serve you. Keep it short.
*End* your day with with another entry. Did you accomplish that one thing? If yes, write down how it feels. If no, describe why you didn't. Don't make excuses. There is no one or no thing to blame. Own that truth. Do this. Every. Single. Day.
* Each night when you go to bed, clear your mind. Close and direct your eyes to a point 2 inches out and half a inch above the bridge of your nose, slightly crossing your eyes. Keep your eyes 'looking' like this till your thoughts become silent. Focus on your breath. Don't count. Don't instruct yourself to breathe. Just do. Inhale deeply, slowly, through your nose. Brief hold. Exhale slowly, naturally. Enjoy it. Repeat till your breathing naturally slows down. When you -just- start to feel yourself drifting off, think and smile a little as you say this in your mind: "Tomorrow I will understand more than I did today." Do this. Every. Single. Night.
* At the end of the week, read your journal's entries for that week. Write down what did the past week teach you? Where did you fall short? What was hard/easy? What frustrated/inspired you. Write as much as you feel moved to, but end it with 2 things: What are the mistakes you're grateful for having learned from? What are you grateful for in your life? Do this. Every. Single. Week.
* At the end of each month reread your month's entries. How many times did you meet your daily goals? When/why didn't you? Go over your mistakes and their lessons. Can you take those lessons failure taught you, and teach them to someone else? End the month's review with an objective summary of what the past month taught you to get better at in the next month. Do this. Every. Single. Month. Every 6 months, summarize and reflect on the past 6.
* Commit to reading a current book on marketing with a emphasis on consumer psychology. 10 pages every day. Isolate yourself while you read. Turn off your phone. Focus intently on what you're reading with a burning curiosity for each page. I strongly urge you to use a paperback, and write notes and/or highlight. When you're done reading the book, however long that takes, write a essay to yourself of what did that book teach you? Try to knock down a book every month on different subjects. Economics, common law, biology, religion, etc. There are very few books exceeding 300 pages. This is not hard. Less Tiktok, less TH-cam, Facebook, you got plenty of time. Year after year, your knowledge grows. And what is knowledge? Power.
* The book that transformed my life. This is very important, buy a *paperback* copy of Marcus Aurelius' Meditations. Over your lunch or dinner breaks (or both), read 5-10 pages. Write down notes/thoughts/questions in the side bar. Reread your notes at the end of the week. If moved to, make a entry in your journal's weekly summary on what you read. When you finish the book, set it aside for a month. Then buy a *new* copy, and do it again. After you have bought/read/made notes in 3 copies and given the 3rd its month long rest, isolate yourself, read your notes starting with the 1st book finishing with the 3rd.
Then reserve a solitary session making a special journal entry where you write yourself a letter about your notes from the 3 copies, reflect how you've changed and evolved from the first to the 3rd. Be honest. Dive deep. This is where the tempering of your soul takes place. This is where you prove you're worthy. This is where you die and are reborn. Repeat this cycle as often as desired.
Branch out into other forms of philosophical works if you're interested, I recommend the writings of Confucius, Socrates, Immanuel Kant, Neville Goddard, Fyodor Dostoevsky and Nikolai Berdyaev. Sprinkle liberally with histories from around the world. Regardless your choice, read with attentive leisure, not urgency.
This is what you gain if you do the above with commitment, you will:
--Deprogram yourself from being paralyzed by fear.
--Gain focus and clarity.
--Become disciplined, designing a daily routine of successful systems from constant refinements learned from mistakes.
--Become alert and develop your intuition, replacing fear with curiosity and drive.
--Gain confidence and acquire tremendous knowledge.
--Have a deep understanding of the complex mosaic of humanity, how to sell, and when to serve others.
--Discover what is truly important to you.
--Develop unshakeable resilience.
--Acquire a powerful inner strength born of self reflection and embracing adversity.
--Develop a code of honor, become a light of truth, compassion and courage.
--Accept no excuses, rejecting ever being a victim again.
--Have purpose and drive, drawing like minded to your side achieving ever greater challenges.
--Develop a deep and critical intellect, seeing through illusions and the manipulations of others.
You will literally become ....unstoppable!

Hi Ross, you talk about creating groups. Isn't it better to create a fanpage? I say this because the fanpage allows you to link an Instagram account and then your videos are seen in two places instead of one.
