Solivita is definitely a lot smaller than the Villages but has most of the key elements like being an active adult community, golf cart community, etc. In addition it is a true gated community that is still growing. So no, not really The Villages lite. At least from what I saw and experienced.
They don’t tell you about the Negativity that it is overcrowded and most clubs are full and so are the amenities and how the management company treats you pretty bad

Did it get more crowded as time went on or did the second recreational area alleviate most of the winter congestion? Your first hand insight of Solivita would be very helpful. Thanks
