Light ki positioning depends upon the ceiling and wall design. So can't explain you the gap without knowing these details. Rest you can use 12w light. Nunber of light 10- 12

mam sometimes it is not possible to place conceal box at the exact point, it requires adjustment according to the bars. Whats the solution?

There is no alternative solution ,either go with open wires on ceiling or do fall ceiling
So, how do you change the base socket in case if you need to change it one day? Do you have to cut the concrete roof to remove it? Is it worth it?

If you have fall ceiling on, then you can go with spot lights and cylindrical lights as accent light and panel light as ambient light
