Agreed..they're good at interiors but extremely bad at editing. This video is left right left right giving you a whiplash, another video has too loud background music that you cant concentrate what he says, another the video is too shaky when he moves around that again gives you a headache while watching. Please brother, hire a good editor because good content is getting lost.
I got a better tip...put two tables in L-Shape and place camera on each one....when you are speaking for each camera turn yourself FULL BODY to that one but trim the video where it shows the turning from c-1 to c-2 n vice versa. Place the left camera for closer shot and the other for slightly wider angle, it gives the illusion of you coming closer to the audience to speak....don't do it often but do it when some "important" things has to be said

My electrician said that having such lights on surface would require some level of cutting the ceiling and that would crack with time. suggested me to go with false ceiling instead. :( If you can show one with the wiring explained in detail would help

Yes, your electrician is right. All the wires must be covered in or run through the conduits (pipes). Naked wires are always risky. These shortcut methods don't last long.
