Thank you very much for making such amazing videos. I thoroughly understand the things that my professor didn't really elaborated. Especially today I'm learning online because of this virus and learning engineering online is tough. Thank very much. I'm a 2yr marine engineering student and your videos really helped me.
2:44 any solution for superlow temperature liquid? Like Liquid Oxigen or Liquid Nitrogen? It will get traped in that ball and if temperature rise it will increse presure explode. Baterfly can be a option but need to research...any test and comparation for this aplication?
Needle valve is the answer. Indeed the number of turns is directly proptional to the flowrate of fluid passing through. And with proper modelling, we can create a model which can perfectly optimize the output parameters of the valve, the output parameters being (the flowrate of the fluid). Thanks Savree 💞💞💞🔥🔥🔥🕊️
Very good video. Only comment I have is that butterfly valves CAN be used in high pressure and high flow scenarios. At my work we have 2 of them in a 100+/- bar system with immense amount of gas flow. They are used to regulate flow over 2 heat exhangers
Hi, would a small ball valve be suitable as a gravity fed petcock? As no real pressure is needed, I am needing a new petcock and would prefer to make myself a ball valve for this as a lathe project while building the chopper. I can see no reason why it wouldn't be suitable but you may know better
Sir, if possible provide transcript of each video in PDF format in respective video discription. so, we can read that's all. I am in last year of chemical engineering Otherwise it's fine.....you are already too good.....
thanks, but you need to explain the application also. for example, what if i use a ball valve instead of a gate valve ? both will serve the purpose, right ? so why was gate valve invented if a ball valve, butterfly valve can do the job ?
In as much as Ball valve is a fully open and fully closed kind of valve, I still believe it can be used to regulate flow most especially during By-pass alongside a globe valve
Cliff notes: If parts of the valve structure itself act as an orifice it will increase pressure on the upstream side while slightly decreasing pressure downstream AND slightly increasing fluid velocity. This creates cavitation which in turn drives service life of internal consumables like seats, packing and wall thickness minimums.

I learned a lot about valve application today
Hi Sir, For cistern tank partition, May I know which type of valve would be used? We need Equalizing Valve. The position of equalizing valve is high.
Detailed explanation👍🏿

GOOD BASIC INFORMATION ABOUT ISOLATION VALVES, GREAT WORK DONE.
Why does pressure drop in the globe valve?
Nice Video.Totally offsets all my previous valve tutorials video
Very useful brief explanation
Very good video. Only comment I have is that butterfly valves CAN be used in high pressure and high flow scenarios. At my work we have 2 of them in a 100+/- bar system with immense amount of gas flow. They are used to regulate flow over 2 heat exhangers
Why does pressure drop in the globe valve?
Outstanding vid

Thank you for the video very useful ..needed to refresh my memory for a new job and this done the trick
Great!
this one is a very good video. Very useful material. like.
For regulating flow at low pressures, like in a simple garden irrigation system, can a ball Vavle not be used?
Taking me back to fluid mechanics class. Informative.
Awesome video!! Thank you

Very good video!
Thank you for the informative video, i would like to know what is the disadvantages of the diaphragm and pinch valves
Thank you, I learnt a whole lot from this video
Thank You. Good information.
Excellent video thanku💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿

Otherwise it's fine.....you are already too good.....
Hi.. chemical engineer
Do you have a video on hydraulic pumps
Great video. Thanks
Simply.... great!
Many thanks!
GREAT VIDEO THANKS
Glad you enjoyed it
Great Video. Kindly make more maritime videos
One of the best video. Great effort 👍🏾 do u deliver all these valves?
You the NORTH!!
very interest lecture on valve.
Thanks a lot mate.
nice video. simple and informative
great, thanks, power full
thanks for sharing ,this is ketavalve manufacture
exactly what I needed
Which software is used to make animation and video editing.
Very good video!!! Thanks!
Do you have any course for Marine Engineer?
Great video
Thanks for your video
thanks, but you need to explain the application also.
for example, what if i use a ball valve instead of a gate valve ? both will serve the purpose, right ?
so why was gate valve invented if a ball valve, butterfly valve can do the job ?
Well explained.. Please make video on types of steam traps used in Industry
What software used for make the images of you videos solidworks cinema 4d ???
@@savree-3d did you have courses like that (solidworks and blender) in your web saVR 3D.com (sorry for my ugly ingles i am from mexico )
Great efforts. Thanks.
All the best .. john
Grazie mille per il tuo aiuto, ottimo lavoro!
Great little peace of repetition for me!
very nice information
what valve suitable for natural pipe gas 8inch?
In as much as Ball valve is a fully open and fully closed kind of valve, I still believe it can be used to regulate flow most especially during By-pass alongside a globe valve
Excellent
Gate valves are notorious for the gate aperture 'gunking' up and not shutting off
The gate valve,
if I put it in the middle, it controls the amount of water flowing, is this correct?
Isn't that exclusively for shut off or on conditions?
What type of hydraulics do you have at this time ?.
If anyone required this valves plz message me
Do you have some videos about TRIM valves? Could you upload?
Thanks sir kinds of information...
nice knowledge
great explanation.
very good
Thanks
AMAZING !
Cool! Thank you!
What does “low pressure drop across the valve” mean?
Cliff notes: If parts of the valve structure itself act as an orifice it will increase pressure on the upstream side while slightly decreasing pressure downstream AND slightly increasing fluid velocity. This creates cavitation which in turn drives service life of internal consumables like seats, packing and wall thickness minimums.
@@thegavelissoundgavel9849 Thanks!
Thanks ... Very good material... I wish you add characterized ball valve and triple eccentric butterfly valve.
Great .
You did well , go ahead .
I will subscribe to the channel immediately .
I've seen ur video that's a great and results solid grapes... I am looking for types of evaporators that frequently used in industry
If anyone have required this type of valve plz contact us
wow, so nice. thanks
